美国的法律原则是in the best interest of the child, 也就是说在监护权问题上一
切以孩子的利益为出发点。具体考虑的因素有很多点，每州小有不同不啰嗦了。实际情
况是，绝大多数是joint/shared legal custody, 一方主要带孩子，但另一方也是分到
经常探视权的，比如可以经常到每两周。
另外一个重要的原则是preservation of parental rights, 这里指的是biological
parents. 基本上，除非生父/母有什么大错，比如吸毒，虐待，重刑犯等等，想要剥夺
custody是很难很难的。
下面跟法律无关，纯属个人看法，曾婚有孩在婚姻市场肯定是要减分的，男的如果经济
条件好还是有市场，因为男的基本都不是主要带孩子那一方。女的再嫁要嫁的好不容易
，另外专家建议孩子小的时候女的不嫁，找男朋友可以。大家对人性不要太看好，有小
女孩的尤其要提防。那个想剥夺别人生父custody的男人很自私，我表示鄙视。从法律
角度说，成功可能也很小，除非他家情况特殊。 |

his portion of child support to the mom.
I assume 共同扶养 = Joint custody, which typically means each parent takes
care of and lives with the kids a few days of the week. If either of the
parents moves away from the city, it's not practical to continue the joint
custody. |

既然我看了那么多天八卦故事，就给故事里那个妈妈写封信好了。我所有的想法都是基
于这个故事的情节，绝对不是不针对现实生活里的人的。
首先，我希望故事里这个妈妈别太生气了。每个人都有出门踩上狗屎的时候，你就不幸
踩到了。
你不要和一个精神不正常的人讲理、生气、或者争辩。你是争辩不过的。为啥我觉得你
在和一个精神不正常的人打交道？请看后面的附录。
其次，关于打人事件。我不知道这个刑事案子现在进展如何。但无论如何，请你在争取
custody的时候把这个事件引入证据，相关证据还有你的老公即将和因为暴力事件被刑
事起诉的女人结婚。没有法院会支持把婴幼儿的抚养权交给一个有暴力倾向的家庭，特
别是那个有暴力行为的人不是婴幼儿的母亲。

他们俩绝对拿不到监护权的.
1.marriage misconduct 男方的.
2.felony charges against 女方.
3.这么小的孩子,妈妈肯定有full custody.
一般情况下要剥夺母亲的custody很难. |

国发生好多次了，有保险的。当然，broker误导你，让你买了不该买或不合适的金融产

seems the Department of Children and Families (DCF) can take away your
children without any court order if they simply "believe" it's an emergency.
Do I interpret this paragraph correctly?
If so, the basis for DCF to take away children -- an emergency situation --
is determined by the DCF themselves without any check and balance. This gives
DCF a great chance to abuse their power.
