现在挂的是DEALER的临时牌,正式的TITLE，PLATE要再过2,3个星期才能下来。
官网的申请表倒是没要求当前PLATE,TITLE的信息，不知道可不可以现在提早申请呢？人在加州 |

如果给他们最高的rating可以拿到更好的折扣
我个人的情况是买车价格明明砍好了到了finance的时候dealer又反悔说某某rebate不能
用否则利率就不是原来说好的x%而是standard rate，相当于OTD白砍价了，最后因为的
确想买 那辆车双方各让了一步但心里很不爽。很奇怪的是dealer piss me off了以后
还提
到这个survey说一定要给他们最高的评价，任何不是complete satisfactory的都相当于
fail，如果真要给差评的话一定要先给他们打电话
现在的问题是：这个survey是匿名的么？dealer知不知道我给他们打的分数？如果给差评
会不会遭到报复？那天买车的时候的确最后因为dealer反悔很不爽。不知道大家对这个
survey有没有经验？谢过先 |

“customer satisfaction survey (CSS)。这是manufacturer衡量dealership service
quality的标准之一，而且就目前所能得到的信息来看，即便dealership能达到sales
target，如果他们的CSS rate 很低，他们也会有麻烦。一来，他们可能无法拿到他们
幸苦卖车得来的bonus，另一方面，他们有可能无法从manufacturer那里及时得到那些
很hot vehicle。不过，我诚恳地建议你，CSS是个核武器，吓人滴可以，使用滴不行。
如果你在一家dealership make deal了，就给他们最高的rating，否则，你就别在那里
买。不要在make deal后用这个去整dealership，除非你觉得他们做得很过分，否则，
最多敲打一下就行了，没必要把对方往死里推。而且，如果在前面negotiate的时候暗
示他们你知道CSS，而且会给他们最高的rating，你应该可以获得更好的leverage。(最
