然后我就给citi的客服打电话，他说我的信息太新了，要重新核实我的信息，需要我提
交带头像的ID（passport），ssn，rent lease。我当时申请的时候身份写的是us
resident，这下不是露馅了吗？
请问他们会重新严格的审核这些材料吗？非常担心影响信用记录，这个是不是涉及到欺

用了它家几年，应为经常不稳定就换了，打电话要在1年合约结束后取消，结果提前一
天就取消了，然后寄来账单，类似Early Termination的charge，再打电话，说是账单
的timing问题，要我先付了，过些天再refund，结果我傻乎乎就从了，然后没有refund
，刚才打电话进去argue，结果把我在不同部门间踢来踢去，最后我只好自认倒霉。那
些人的口音一听就是老黑，说话轻浮粗鲁而不耐烦，甚至在我解释的时候吹口哨，在我
没解释完就把我transfer出去，总是说这个我们不管，你该去找另一个部门。我现在除
了生气，还很奇怪这个公司哪儿找来这么多老黑，是穷的么？ |
