发帖数: 469 | 1 看完小豆丁惨不忍睹的双手，接下来，我们开始动工吧~！hiahia~~~
我们先来看看所需要的工具都有哪些：
*洗甲水：如果你指甲上有颜色，我们必须在护理前先清洁一下。个超市均有销售，我用的是CVS的。
*指甲剪一把：修剪指甲的形状和长度。我的是平头的。
*nail file 一根：用来磨指甲的形状。
*nail buffer一个：主要是用于打磨抛光指甲表面，让它们看起来更平滑。
*cuticle pusher一把：扁的那一头用来push back cuticles, 尖的用来清洁指甲缝。nail supply store有售， 平均5元一把。
*cuticle nipper一把：修剪死皮倒刺和角质。好的nipper需要到nail supply store才能买到，价格在15元左右，看size。
*泡手容器一个：我这里用了一个玻璃碗，dollar store有售呵呵。
*oil: 专业人士就会使用营养油，或者cuticle oil,我们自己在家护理的话baby oil也行。我这里就用的是baby oil，同样，dollar store有售。

发帖数: 469 | 2 接下来，我们就挤适量cuticle eliminator涂在cuticles上,并让它停留1分钟左右。
1分钟后，我们就需要用cuticle pusher推皮（push back your cuticles)。
待完成推皮的动作后，就可以把手放到准备好的容器中浸泡，时间大约需要1-2分钟，视皮肤软化的程度而定。因为皮肤软化后更容易修剪。
泡手溶液的调制：适量温水（大约半碗，能让指甲完全浸泡到水中就行），hand soap许在温水中打出泡沫，如果你想好好享受的话可以加入spa用的材料^_<
**虽然说明书上说使用这个eliminator不需要泡手，但是，根据长期实践所得出的经验告诉我，还是需要soak一下效果会比较显著。 |

发帖数: 469 | 3 我们完成浸泡着一步以后，就可以开始清洁指甲缝了。为什么要浸泡后清理呢？因为这样有些脏东西，可以自己化在水里，比如泥土跟沙子。 就算不能全部化掉，浸泡后脏物也会变软，易于清洁。
下一步是修剪的步骤。cuticle nipper是利器，一不小心很容易把皮肤剪伤，所以修剪的时候不要剪得太深。一般指需要把不平整的死皮倒刺和角质剪掉就可以了。
修剪的动作要领是，从左到右顺着甲沟/cuticles的形状（n字形）修剪。 |

现在，我们就可以用少许cuticle oil/baby oil/营养油涂在指甲周围，轻轻按摩。 一来可以滋润营养指甲周围的皮肤，二来这也是清洁流程的一道工序，那些被剪下来的细小死皮更容易被洗掉。
好了~接下来我们可以洗手了。ggmm们家里可以备一把小刷子（旧牙刷也可以），用来刷洗甲沟/cuticle缝隙中的粉尘（打磨过程中残留下来的）和细小死皮（被剪下来的）。还有一个作用是，用刷子能更好洗掉之前所使用的油（oil洗不干净稍后的polish很容易就会脱落）。
擦干手上的水，涂上lotion润肤，要尽量避免涂抹到指甲表面。如果有需要的话，可以使用药用酒精或者洗甲水再次清洁指甲表面。 |

PS: Personally,我并不喜欢红色。那我为什么在这里又用？那是因为一些深色比如红色，黑色，棕色，深蓝色等等 比较能检验出cuticles修剪后的效果。如果cuticle修得不好，死皮丛生，就很容易沾到颜色，这样整个手指就会显得邋遢，不好看~^_^

到妆容到指甲，都打理的井井有条、纹丝不乱。欠一PG房贷车贷的人，去指甲店花40刀
做指甲毫不含糊。其实爱美无需高价，这里我就介绍一下如何DIY自己的指甲。
美甲的基本程序是修甲、去死皮、上色。下面就引用一些图片来介绍这几个程序：
1，修甲：先用洗甲水（polish remover）将指甲上原有的指甲油擦掉，然后双手在盛
放热水的小碗里浸泡10分钟左右。指甲变软后用指甲钳剪出自己喜欢的形状，并且用
nail file磨光边缘。指甲形状可参考以下图片。
2，去死皮： 将cuticle remover或者cuticle oil涂在指甲和皮肤连接处，这个是死皮
软化剂。然后用orange stick或者cuticle pusher将死皮推开，死皮多的话，可用
cuticle cutter/nipper将死皮剪掉。
这些就是我说的基本工具，从左至右是: cuticle pusher、cuticle cutter/nipper、
指甲钳、orange stick、nail file和指甲刷子。 |

比方说cuticle remover, cuticle softener，先用cuticle softener涂在指甲周围，
然后就可以用cuticle remover把死皮给铲或者夹下来了。洗澡也能起到软化cuticle的
作用

有一次，我问朋友们这个问题，一个朋友回答的很干脆：因为美国人的冰箱大。
的确，美国人不仅居住面积广，使用的冰箱也确实大，而且常常不止一个，但这不是问
题的答案。
问题的根源是人们对沙门氏菌的担忧。沙门氏菌是细菌性食物中毒最常见的原因之一

office lady的personal grooming里,指甲确实不要那么花哨。最多像5楼里的french
style就很好了。
平时就修整齐、定期用cuticle oil保养一下，愿意的话，擦透明色或者粉色亮油，让
指甲看上去健康一些。
这个帖子里讨论的比较多的是nail art,所以就找了些比较适合party的造型，纯粹学术

发帖数: 469 | 42 待裸色稍干后，我们可以上一层NYC的闪色，这个polish虽然是透明的，但它带有点金色的光泽，配上稍后使用的紫红色，显得很有层次感，而且能使整个彩绘亮起来，这个就是它的魔力所在 ~ Hiahia
涂法：
从finger tips(指尖）处向cuticles（新月）处，由下至上轻轻涂扫
*注意：不要把整个指甲都涂满。
在这里，闪色所涂的高度从左到右逐渐降低，形成一个斜三角形的模样。我这么做的原因是我的指甲比较短，斜三角的涂法能让整个彩绘充分展现出来却又不会显得太过拥挤。 |
