Yeah, I have used the absolute path instead of relative path, also I typed
font before I type in cxt. But I still got the error message. I am confused.
I wonder whether there are some other configurations I should do in the UNIX
system.

option in all the Makefils(gonna take a while), then it's ok.
BTW, it's on Solaris with gcc. |

this doesnot work.
when i removed all the '-w's in the makefiles, and
ran config.sh, there would still have the same error message.
and when i checked the makefiles again, i found the '-w's were added
as before.
it seems when run config.sh, the makefiles will be renewed. |

BTW, when i run the acrobat. the similar message also display:

problem is that the input bytes are truncated.
Say any chinese will result in two ascii on
my screen. And I wrote a program and found if
the highest bit is set to 1 in these two
ascii, then they ended up with the chinese
char I am looking for. |

You can use a remote cxterm to telnet to this BBS.
Certainly no xv, gv, since each bit of the image will be delivered
over the network, though this is not the fault of X protocol. |

student, and i have to configure everything as automatic as possible.
just run into problem with CYGWIN, the cxterm doesn't compile there.
It's good to know it even can setup system daemon like sshd. let me try try. |

I don't compile new programs under CYGWIN very ofen.
Sometime it'll cause lot of compiling problems.
CYGWIN has lot of daemons, inetd, telnet, ftp,
talk, rlogin, cron etc. and even a
simplfied ssmtp program to send emails. |

if you get "/usr/**/ld" then, the ld command which is need during installation
can be found in your path,
bTW: have you use configure first? |
