发帖数: 3 | 1 Yep, it's a small place, purely for the university. It's at almost exactly
the center of Pennsylvania, I don't think there's a lot of stuff around it,
but PSU main campus is a party school, you'll get partied out in no time.

ps. it's about 4 hr from Philadelphia, and maybe 2-3hrs from Pittsburgh.

发帖数: 3 | 2 If your primary place of living is in the state of Pennsylvania, and you are
a Permanent Resident (Greencard) or Citizen of US, or maybe if you are H-1,
then you are consider a PA resident. You also have to have lived in PA for
the entire year I think.

发帖数: 3 | 3 Can't really tell you which department is better, but Boston is definitely a
nicer place to live than where Temple is, but Boston is also more expensive I
believe. So it's a trade off, your pick.
