发帖数: 992 | 1 在IMDB上胡乱流览时，发现LUCY LIU在2002年拍了一部电影叫作CYPHER，好像根本没有听
说过，一查，原来真的还没有在北美发行，顺着LINK，发现是个科幻片，我对SCIFI暴有
兴趣，去网站上看看，揭揭老底，越看越觉得有看头，片子的导演原来是导CUBE的那个，
CUBE这个片子尽管有点虎头蛇尾，但是很好看，THRILLER的气氛营造的很好，再一看制作
公司是出品DONNIE DARKO的，男主演出演过GOSFORD PARK还有ENIGMA，演SCIFI应该没问
题吧，在官方网站一番折腾后,我简直都迫不及待了 |

目前只有四种药物涂层支架得到欧洲批淮并在市场上销售：
释放雷帕霉素的多聚体涂层Cypher支架，释放紫杉醇的多聚体涂层Taxus支架，释
放紫杉醇的无多聚体V-Flex支架以及释放地塞米松的PC涂层Dexamet支架。
到目前为止，在13个随机试验中，只有3种药物证实是有效的，即紫杉醇、雷帕霉
素和依维莫司。然而，进一步的研究则需要把原来的研究终点分成非临床终点即血管影
像学终点和临床终点.即使血管影像学终点提示有显著的效果，但并不能代表有同样显
著的临床效果。由于心血管介入治疗的目的是改善患者的预后而不是提高血管影像学参
数，因此对药物涂层支架的选择就要基干研究临床终点的随机对照试验的结果。目前只
有Cypher支架和Taxus支架满足上述要求。

Cypher: I don't wanna remember nothing.
这种表达方式看起来不正确，却是老美经常用的，don't和nothing一起用，不是双重否
定，只是表示强调。
这种错误语法普遍使用的情形在中文也有，例如：
在电视机没有发明以前。。。。。。
这同样是语法错误。 |

的血管支架被安装在了他并不算病变的血管里，并且在7个多月之后让他心肌梗塞，险
些送命。为了对付这只支架，谢能金付出的代价是：再安装1个支架，并终生服用抗血
栓药。
一场延续至今的纠纷就此拉开序幕。而当谢能金找到众多和自己有相同遭遇的病友
，并且发现可能隐藏其间的利益输送链条之后，这又已经不仅仅是一场“纠纷”。
安了支架，上了“鬼门关”
按照谢能金的描述，是对生的渴望和对“熟人”的信任让他走上了“伤心”之路。
2006年2月22日下午，57岁的谢能金因为觉得胸闷不适，通过熟人介绍到南京市第
一医院心内科咨询，医生要他住院检查。第二天下午，在花费近3万元进行冠状动脉造
影检查血管内超声检查之后，心内科主任陈绍良告诉谢能金，有左右各一根血管发生问
题，其中右边一根血管已经堵塞了70％，不放支架不行，很容易诱发心肌梗死。但是装
个进口支架要花两万八。
