且，在中国要想当女兵，没点硬路子都进不去。可是美国参军基本上没有什么太严格的
健康要求，连近视眼都可以参加空军。并且美国的在职军人福利非常好，另外退役以后
还可以拿着生活费免费上大学什么的，所以，参军是很多家境贫寒又不擅长读书的美国
年轻人的首选，很多人都是靠着参军改变了自己后半生的命运。要是知道了这些，就能

DADT就是一个典型的例子。DADT肯定不是理想的平等，但是在96年那个背景下，
从无到有，也是一个进步。如果直接通过gay可以openly参军，当时也许会受到强烈
反弹。DADT通过以后，经过这些年的铺垫，如今再要求取消，似乎也是水到渠成。
我想如果marriage争取受挫，civil union可能也是一个折衷的选择。北欧几国在
通过marriage之前，无不例外地先有civil union作铺垫（没去查证，印象中的，
如果有错请指出。）
其实我说这些的，是为了说明：为什么我们要说同性恋和异性恋一样。不过也是一个
strategy。把monogamous的同志关系拿出来，当然容易被接受。同性关系中open
relationship在异性关系中确实相对较少。前面有人说的：it's ok to be different.
对是对，问题是：太难被接受了。还有小学教育的问题，理想化的情况下，就

DOMA前面，是因为废除DADT有更强的民意支持，要容易的多。ENDA也是一个道理。先易
后难也许是必经之路。但其实如果DOMA废除了，通过ENDA和废除DADT是顺理成章的事。
HRC的Joe Solmonese曾经暗示在2017年之前解决DOMA，结果吐沫星子差点把他淹死，后
