明处，两年时间，超日太阳(5.11,0.00,0.00%)能把30多亿融资得来的现金，变成
了应收账款、预付款和存货。暗处，所谓的海外非关联方客户中，第一大欠款方乃超日
太阳能第四大股东的海外资产，而更多的欠款方，和超日太阳能海外投资公司是生意合
作伙伴。
就在超日太阳能开始大举海外投资的2011年，就有投资者质疑超日太阳能涉嫌向海
外转移资产，综合其资产质量严重下降，将其发行的债券内部评定为垃圾债。
这个猜测暂时无法坐实，但是，不争的事实是，超日太阳能上市两年以来，先后通
过IPO和发行债券募集资金30多亿元现金，如今换来的却是躺在账上的30多亿巨额应收
账款。
如今，国内只有上市公司被质押的股权，再质押融资，便是传说中的一张羊剥几张
皮了。业内人士表示，超日太阳能在抽调这最后一张骨牌前，其股权质押价值或许可以
参考股票市值，但揭掉其羊皮时，连账面价值或成本法估值都靠不住。
真相正在靠近。

2010年，超日太阳能上市，当年年末数据显示，资产负债率为31.31%，这一数字，

给你专业解释一下，大坝有土坝 earth damm和混领土坝concret dam，土坝不能漫坝，
因为土坝就是靠自身泥土的重量来建的，不能经受水流的冲刷（剪切力的问题）水泥大
坝无所为，有些益流道就修在坝顶呢 |
