Danbury for rent.
Total square feet is about 1650. The town house was built in 2003 and in
great conditions.
There are ~ 30 town homes in the community, the location is very good, near
almost everything: Danbury library, public park, high way (I-84), route 7
and Danbury fair mall, but in a very quiet cul-de sec.
The rental is $1800 per month; 1 yr lease required;

看你上班在哪里。Brookfield非常方便，在Danbury北，Federal Road一条街几乎什么
店都有，很省事，还有湖光山色。
Danbury越南店也就凑合能应付一下。我们通常去Flushing, White Plains买中国菜。
附近华人不多，但是有个华人团体，每年春节，端午，中秋搞活动。

Saint Mary教会学校很不错，Danbury的Wooster很好，就是贵些，孩子入学要面试，
preschool容易进些，到了K以上就很competitive了。 |

学附近，high school还没有想到呢。我的第2、3个问题，朋友们的解答觉得danbury的
房子和幼儿园学费好贵啊，这样的话我的第6个问题的答案是：薪水至少7万。这样老公
才能养得起4口之家。 |

townhouse,买好点的要25万左右，但是你要有耐心等。 租房前两年2bd的apartment是
1200-1400吧，最近不详。这就是我了解的。
另外学区的问题如果你预算够，可以考虑买newtown的房子，newtown high school是个
不错的学校，我老板的两个儿子都是那里毕业的。newtown到danbury

和便利却有大城市的房价。Danbury就更烂了。我们公司里面的几个中国人都前后脚搬
外州了。
要不然刚去公司里面的时候，发现中老年员工居多，都是土生土长的本地人。就没多少
外州搬来的，就算有也呆不长。在本地没根的人很难留下来。
大家好，可能会拿到danbury一家公司的offer。在本版考古了一下，感觉那边中国人不
多呀，中国超市餐馆等。一家三口搬过去的话不知生活如何。感觉也不是很繁华，对于
小孩成长好不........ |
