And you can't repeat Step2. So keep roundup around your finger tip. The ones

the time.
Other than that, there are chemical solutions that kill weeds but not
grasses. For example, 2,4-D can be used for dandelions and plantains;
adding Dicamba and MCPP kills a wider range of broadleaf weeds; and
Triclopyr can be used for a few tougher ones. (Note what I mentioned here
are active ingredients, not brand/product names.) For these types of

- 这个秋肥主要是加肥过冬，施完后草会更绿，更壮壮从而利于未来跟杂草做斗争：
）。附带的杀草也主要是Dandelions和一些宽叶子杂草。那些个难杀死的杂草得等到明
年。
- SCOTTS的杀草主要在春夏两季的肥里（step 1和2）。 |

发帖数: 804 | 8 Grassy类单年生的杂草一般在温度接近50°的春天开始发芽，大约在3月下旬。Scotts
Halts 或者Green Light Crabgrass Preventer对于grassy weeds，譬如crabgrass,
foxtails, goosegrass, 之类的都很有效。Green Light Portrait 这个可以防止宽叶
类类的broadleaf weeds，譬如dandelion, clover, chickweed, henbit, etc.
post-emergence herbicide一般在5-6月使用，当中Bayer Advanced "All-in-One"
weed killer (蓝色瓶）两种杂草都杀。
有机肥料当中milorganite是最容易买到和最受推崇的，但是不便宜（相对于氮肥的含
量和价钱来说）。其他的各种各样的有机肥也很多。
土壤好才是真的好，所以增加有机物含量以及对微生物环境还有有益的worms，细菌啊
真菌啊什么的保持才是王道，草地绿油油的只是一方面。 |

你这个叫PUPPS,我得过，也是十几周开始，先是背部，然后是大腿，小腿，肚子快发的
时候就生了，生完后就好了．用了好几个月的triamcinolone,fluocinonide，都是大面
积涂抹，没太大用，但不用又怕恶化。是的，感觉很对不起娃儿，但当时医生说皮肤上
的药不会影响到胎儿。现在娃儿快七个月了，一切还好．
最开始的时候皮肤科医生也说是干燥引起的，大量涂油，没有作用。后来做了个皮肤的
biopsy，说，嗯，是了，就是ｐｕｐｐｓ。可惜了我的皮肤阿，从此有了个永久伤疤。
试过很多种方法，感觉dandelion root capsule (or tea)可能有点用。关键还是一个
忍字。所有的人都会告诉你生了就好了。

发帖数: 3243 | 20 我这几天研究了一下，如果不发烧也可能是乳腺炎，重要的是不要堵奶，各种偏方一起
上。
1. 黄花菜煮水
2. 去超市买了两大片仙人掌，回来拔掉刺，捣烂了，装了一
碗，放冰箱里。每次舀出一些厚厚的涂在baby wipes上(保湿)，再包到发炎的乳房上，
外面再裹上一块paper towel防止把衣服弄湿了。每两，三个小时换一次。其间在家就
坚持忍痛让儿子吸(由於乳房上有仙人掌汁，他一口吸上去发觉味道不对，很滑稽的瘪
瘪嘴，不过还是义无反顾的猛吸)，在上班就边按摩边pump，以及热水淋浴。结果，敷
了一晚上加大半个白天，肿块就基本退去了，不疼也不发热了，表面的红肿也消失了。
感觉真的很灵，虽然我一向不信中医的，不过仙人掌去淤是满有效的。

Pet Lands 一个一个读出来，路上看到一些快餐店和商场也赶紧告诉我们或吵着要去，
这次的惊讶并没有让我觉得儿子是天才，而是觉得英文学习比中文学习确实不同，儿子
四五岁词汇量不会很大，但他们通过字母的发音，和一些常识，能够准确的读出并认识
很多单词来，中文好象复杂的多， 你必须分别记住字如何写和如何读才能认识这个字

能是我们不肯放下他人那样对待了自己，或对事情的结果感到沮丧。
“事实上，这些只是令人有些不快，没有什么大不了。”
我们会如此难过、郁闷、生气或受伤，是因为我们心中有些“故事”，向我们讲述著发
生了什么。我们不能不想这些过去的事，它们不断在我们头脑中回放。
假使我们能够放下过去，专心致志于每个当下的时刻，情况会怎样？假使我们能解脱心

Red Pine Lake从同一个地方出发，但去White Pine的人明显少很多，不知道是因为这
