从大一到研一都是这个数据，胖妞一枚：）
去年圣诞开始有意识的节食，每餐都只7成饱，尽量不吃零食不喝可乐或者果汁，没想
到到一月底时差不多就到52kg了，然后一直保持7成饱到现在，不过体重就控制在50-
52kg范围内，觉得挺开心的。
但是我觉得我现在仍然吃得很多，我是大胃王，所以我得7成饱还是吃太多：）于是从
网上找到一个danish diet节食减肥的13天食谱，打算从明天开始坚持13天！
我不喜欢运动，一运动就饿，就想吃，所以干脆还是继续用节食法，初步目标49kg左右
，太想回到高三时90多斤那时候了，穿啥都好看：）
每天来更新一下：）
附上diet plan：
这个diet主要就是一个高蛋白低碳水的食谱，其中肉我打算用烤的（据说不能用油煎）
，蛋我用茶叶蛋调料煮，早上的咖啡换成乌龙茶，其他基本都严格follow食谱

今天早起时称时48.7 kg，
貌似一个礼拜瘦了2kg
其实我也没有完全严格遵守食谱，不过肯定自己没有多吃，只是可能有些肉或者菜自己
给换一换类似的(还有就是里面的胡萝卜太难吃我直接省略了，汗），继续再坚持5天。
我的问题时，怎么保持阿，我看这个食谱跟我平时的饮食最大的区别就是，我水果会吃
比较多，diet结束之后，能多加水果吃么？好馋阿，想吃橙子！！！

Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas Wind Systems announced it will cut 2
,335 employees around the world, most of them at a Danish manufacturing
plant, and said that 1,600 jobs at its Colorado factories could be
eliminated “later this year” if a federal production tax credit isn’t
extended beyond the end of 2012.

The president toured the city-owned grand terra cotta and granite building

In an apparent world first, the newest chick in a Danish zoo’s King penguin
colony has two dads.
“This year has been extraordinary,” zoologist Nina Christensen told the
Star on Thursday.
Odense Zoo keepers realized two of their male King penguins were a couple
about a year ago, she said. Then they noticed the gay penguins would try to

Kjeldsens Danish Butter Cookies??? No, these are not Kjeldsens's cookies but
these are look alikes made by me.
I bought this cookie cutter like about a year ago and never saw it till this
morning when I was tidying up some cupboards, so now we had Kjeldsens
Danish Butter Cookies look alikes.
I used a basic butter cookie recipe but sprinkle the cookies with dry
demerara sugar. The champagne-colored sugar crystals have a distinctive
