可惜没几个来这。
Stamford 的报纸叫The Advocate，上面应该有这类的listings. 我所知道的short term
housing一般都是furnished apartment。像avalon grove， 但是很贵，至少要两三千一
个月。建议你看一看Norwalk, 应该便宜些。

But housing is extremely high, sometime midium price is $1M+

you can find all town info incoulding Med. Household income,
population,race ratio,poverty ratio, crime, Education, house
price, etc, in statistic way. It will help you to find towns that is
the most suitable for you close to where you work.

要是真要对比一下Hartford County和Fairfield County的情况,我看应该选择Hartford
比Bridgeport才是. |

不是更把hartford掉价了嘛。怎么说bridgeport也是黑人密集区阿。（开玩笑的）
其实我觉得要对比，拿stamford或者new haven和hartford相比好一些，都算是city，人口和面积相对多一些。 Darien好像还算是town吧,属于比较富的town，没有什么可比性。

我刚刚有了宝宝, 我用的OBGYN 是Women's Healthcare in New England, 他们有两个
office, 一个在Norwalk 医院里面, 如果你打算去那个医院生产的话很方便. 另一个
Office 在Main Street上Walt-mart对面. 那里的医生还不错, 但我的怀孕其间木有任
何意外, 所以都是常规检查, 没有疑难问题, 可能看不出水平来.
另一个比较受欢迎的OBGYN是Avery Center (www.averyobgyn.com), 他们在Nowarlk,
Westport, Fairfield,都有office. 这两个group都是group practice, 所以你会见不
同的医生, 不一定每次都是同一个, 也不一定生产的时候是你以为的那个. 如果你觉得
这样不好, 就要另找单人持业的医生, 那样的特别少, 尤其是OB这种难以预料时间的行
业.

某镇买地。最近从房地产公司买了一块地。按照“as is” 进行的交易。我找了律师和
surveyor，调查出来这块地是四亩。卖给我的房地产公司已经解散。
我的问题是
1. 我准备打quiet title 官司确定boundray（因为房地产公司说是至少2亩）。 请问
谁有经验，有什么注意事项。
2.我要留两亩，卖掉2亩，请问市价多少合适？我的钱已经付清。所以地上没有抵押。
学区是10分（从e to h）。 |

Ridgefield的学校就还可以，好像白人相对多点，上次我去那里转了一下，连亚裔都末
有看到一个。
我知道好的学区是fairfield, wilton, westport,new canaan, darien,greenwich,就
是房价要一个比一个高。 |

Darien, Greenwich也不错, 但是学生家长可都是富翁哦, 看你跟人家玩不玩得起
