发帖数: 224 | 1 上次来询问，好像没人理，这次亲自实践了一把，讲讲过程吧。
英国的过境签证，对持中国护照的人是必须的，当然也有例外。我讲的就是这个例外。
具体的文字信息可以在英国驻美国使馆的网站和ukvisa.co.uk（??不记得具体的地址了
）找到。
英国的过境签证有两种，如果你不换机场，不过夜（这样很重要，如果你是overnight
的，即使不换机场也不行）,不换航空公司，那么算Direct Airside Transit Visa（
DATV）的过境签证。否则都算是Visitor in Transit签证
首先，DATV对中国护照的exception是指你有有效的美国签证（没有有效的美国签证的
例外请自己查看一下，这其中包括有效的加拿大签证之类的），然后行程是从美国来或
者是去美国。实际上大多数的行程都算是Visitor in Transit。如果你符合DATV的免签
要求，同时你会在24小时离开，你就可以豁免visitor in transit的签证，我从美国经
伦敦到欧洲的时候是DATV的情况，虽然也换了航空公司，但是如果一直走Flight
connection的话，也没人查你签证。我回来的 |

的，但是之前打电话给北京的签证中心说无论任何情况都要签……

确切的说我的行程是从美国经伦敦转机到开罗，从开罗经巴黎在经雅典到美国。
后面两个是不是肯定不需要过境签证？
英国的这个，我看到他们网站上说法如下。我似乎满足第二和第三种情况？

FAQ from the british embassy is not very clear to me.
On one hand, China is visa national. But is not in the list of DATV
nationals.
It says the transit visa is needed if u r (1) visa national (2) DATV
national. But will these two conditions satisfied (and relationship) or one
condition requirement (or relationship)?

If you are a national of a country covered by the DATV system, you may be
able to transit the UK airside without a visa. To qualify for this exemption:
you must arrive and depart by air; and
your onward flight must be confirmed, and must depart within 24 hours; and
you have proper documentation for your destination, including a visa if

通过英国转机的(你可以凭借AP在美国申请英国的签证没有问题, 你去了英国后再使用
AP从英国回美国也是没有问题的), 但是如果你的行程是美国-英国-其他国家, 如果你
护照上拿到AP前的最后一次美国签证不符合下面的条件的话, 你是不可以那AP去过境英
国的, 必须申请英国签证或者英国过境签证.国际航旅协会的条款(下面)明确指出了在
英国转机的话, AP(I-551)是无效证件.

发帖数: 353 | 12 有申根签证和有效的美国签证，打算去程在马德里转机去德国，回城从英国转机回美国。
去程应该是没有问题的，因为西班牙在申根内，关于回来在英国转机，可能要过夜但不
超过24小时，不知可否免签证，如果可以是否有可能出机场逛逛。
按照faq1 的link查询后，自己的理解是可以免签证，请指点是否正确。正确的话不妨m

不过从UK走换票太贵了，准备FRA或VIE了 |
