为什么舆论好像大多认为他有罪，就凭那个本身就有争议的衣服上的所谓高速度喷射的
血迹？这个物证难道比11个证人的alibi证词更有说服力？
但是居然两次trial都判有罪，很奇怪。
不过他RP应该很不好，但是不能说一个RP不好的人就一定是杀人犯。
哪位对这个案子比较了解的，给讲讲？ |

VOA所谓的“一箱材料”纯属无稽之谈。NYT的编辑部必然掌握了包括温家宝他妈的签名
、身份证复印件在内的大量文件，造假这些事实材料对纽约时报来说是毫无必要的。
如果只是想摸黑中国领导人，那他们的消息源可以是匿名的某个人，比如wikileak中提
到的温家宝试图离婚这样的桥段，而不会是可以在中国工商局缴费查询的材料。
