屌丝（或作“吊丝”）。本义是男性下阴阴毛。该词火爆起源于2011年10月李毅贴吧与
雷霆三巨头吧的一次粉丝对骂[1]，雷霆三巨头骂李毅屌丝，表示对其的蔑视。然而当
时，李毅吧网友却觉得“屌丝”这个词听起来很酷，之后便拿来用作自嘲用语。再后来
，该词被更多的人所接受，开始在互联网广泛传播，就演变成了所谓的中国网络文化兴
盛后产生的讽刺用语，用作称呼由农村进入城市的体制外男女年轻人，房子、车子对于

How can this not happen?
Where can the inventory come from?
1. New construction? Builders are not constructing in the last few years.
And it took years from the initial planning (zoning, permit, etc) to be able
to sell the physical house.
2. Foreclosure? Banks are not foreclosing. They let deadbeat live for free
because they are paid by FED to do so.
3. Under-water home owners? After last year's price rise, they are holding
on for more price increase to be above-water.
