why and how?
limit dealt x -->0 [exp(x+delta x) - exp (x)]/dealta x
= exp(x)*limit dealt x -->0 [exp(dealta x)-1]/dealta x
because of (1),
limit dealt x -->0 [exp(dealta x)-1]/dealta x must = 1 ... (2)
then I realize that showing (2) is not trivial.
Searching internet indicates that
they first show d/dx ln(x) = 1/x
then use chain rule to show d/dx exp(x) = exp(x).

2，对 x=0 有
limit dealt x -->0 [exp(delta x) - 1]/dealta x = exp（0）== 1
3，把微变量 dealt x 换成 n 就有
limit n -->0 [exp(n) - 1]/n = 1 |

2. UA里程票可以网站上查multicity的票，分三段， 比如LAX-HKG, HKG-PEK, PEK-LAX

photoresist, topography之类的。
没用过CD是0.18um的stepper，不过我猜 控制在同一位应该没问题吧，比如 0.2xum, 0
.3xum 再精确估计就有困难了。我从process的角度来考虑。你画layout的时候需要多
少就画多少，一般的来说你不需要太精确，因为随便一个process variation你的尺寸
就不能保证了，而且wafer process的时候也有non-uniformity.
至于circuit level的不是太了解，不过一般foundry都有一种叫pdk的东西，你可以查
一下。这方面的东西其他人可以补充。

了一遍，然后问我为什么答案不一样。我憋啊憋啊憋啊憋才看到E(S(t))不是100，面试
的人说所以要用real probability
measure，不能直接80 20。
后悔没有好好看这道题啊，尤其在之前已经被问过一次。
