周围大气雄浑的景色只有两个，一个是Mt Rainier，一个是Olympia NP的太平洋海岸。
看Rainier最好的路段就是512号公路往东开的方向，一座庞大雪山在高速公路右前方
拔地而起，直插云霄。我本人偏好大气浑雄的景象，比如dealth valley, national
monument,grand canyon之类的。特别是从page,AZ到grand canyon北缘的路上有很长
一段都是在红色的大峡谷底飞驰，心旷神怡，美不胜收。 |

for me, you have to have some passion toward the game, otherwsie , it is
boring to dealth if you just want to make money out of it. I often talked to
my friends, if I work less hour and make much more money than poker with a
boring job, say Chinese resteraunt, I can not stand this long at all and quit

If flop comes 456, you will never have a set or flop the straigt. Smart
opponent can bluff you to dealth in deep stack NL game and you do not have a

准备工作
1.制定行程，拿一份美国地图，在上面找出想去的公园或者地方，把他们连接起来。大
的公园2天时间，小的一天就可以。 一路上有很多公园，但是有些会有些取舍，看自己
喜欢那种类型。
2.到所有NP的官方网站去打印地图，一般都是1-3页。，虽然在入门的时候也会发，上
面还是有很多信息的，可以预先先看一下，比如我们最注意的就是顺光，逆光的问题，
然后决定去先去那些景点，后去哪些。还有那些trail值得走，大约多久时间。每天晚
上临睡前稍微研究一下，就会心中有数了。
2.墨镜，防晒时必须的，我们准备了clinique 40f搽脸， neutrogena 55F 搽脖子和胳
膊,手，还有喷雾的那种喷腿。每天早上在车里先喷一圈。因为开车，紫外线还是挺足
的。虽然还是全副武装，除了脸没有变黑，胳膊到了最后一站dealth v |

吗？
我的结果显示，相比一个binding site（另外一个mutant掉了），两个binding sites
的DealtH是增加的，但是KA反而减少了，感觉binding affinity 反而降低了。怎么解
释？如果KA是增加的，又怎么解释呢？
