2015年，不夸张的说，是迄今为止我生命中最精彩的一年。课业方面，拿到硕士文凭，
通过博士生资格考试，基本写完了我的第一篇paper；文艺方面，从没弹过钢琴到拿下
《黑键练习曲》，只用了两个月。当然，最值得我自豪与回忆的，是体育方面的成就——
120km越野跑一次（debut 100mi未完成）

2015关键词：
轻敌——100迈雪地越野，从92km开始无法奔跑，110km之后走路都困难了。这才明白超
马的艰难。
突破——自学自由泳，一个月的平台期，换来了一天之内从200米到2000米的质的飞跃。
冲动——喵了个咪的，反正早晚都要上，干脆回国之前把大铁拿下。至于报名费是多少
钱，这已经不重要了。
失落——雪城半铁，恐怖的跑步坡度不仅浇灭的我冲成绩的信心，大雨更是把我冲进了
收容车。

我也感觉跑步越来越轻松了。（要谢谢LP的支持）
目前为止51周，跑了超过3000迈，平均pace 8:27/mi。
分摊到每周只有59迈，8小时多一点，其实不算很多。
由于强度不算太大，也没有大伤，很幸运地坚持下来。
另一个收获是我爸也被我带上贼船，刚完成了半马，准备明年初跑全马。
以下是今年的跑步训练小结:
（两个全马，两个半马，一个10k，一个5k，打酱油的不算）
第一阶段，从去年年底到3/21是AM 18/70计划。
2/21 Pasadena Half Marathon，1:27:35(debut PR)，找到了自信。
3/21 LA Marathon，第一个认真准备的马拉松，得到了宝贵的教训。
天气热，坡多，一开始冲太快，30k crash了。成绩3:22:35(PR)
第二阶段，3/22-6/13，12周的Hadd base training。
大部分都是75%以下的easy run，每周有两次HR155(82.5%)的steady pace run。

Nolan(以memento成名）的following值得一看。
这是Nolan的director debut,完全无成本的制作。所有的演员和后台人员都是家庭成员或
朋友。黑白，69分钟。DVD版尤其好看，有alternative script and director's
comment.
following的最大特点就是lean.是个一句废话都没有的片子，人物也少。看上去真得很干
净。也很聪明，象memento，但可惜我已经开始不太喜欢聪明的片子了。不知道Nolan能不
能走出对自己小聪明的得意中。如果能，将是一个很有看头的新导演。我还没有看他的In
somia(DD europe!!!),不知道他的junior之作有没有什么进展。
题外话，看完以后想，为什么Nolan的debut是following,而贾樟柯的debut是小武呢（小
山回家不是feature-length,不算）。我觉得只有外国导演能吃饱了饭没事干，坐在哪里
编故事。所以有了following.而我们的年轻导演们，这么多年压在心里没 |

尚雯婕自《Nightmare》专辑开始，多次在专辑中收入了自己原创的英文，法文等非母
语歌曲。可以说用英文，法文填词，已经成了她的一个标志了。那么用非母语进行文艺
创作，究竟是如某些人诟病的那样是装逼行为，还是这确实是一种走向世界的方式呢？
用非母语进行文艺创作的作品，究竟能不能得到以该语言为母语的人们的认可呢？
下面，我打算从我有限的视野了解到的情况来个管中窥豹，仅作抛砖引玉，期望得到更
多的方家参与讨论。
我印象中，使用英语进行小说创作并获得了美国国家图书奖的哈金是第一个让我感到原
来中国人完全可以用非母语创作出美国人认同的小说作品的。他的成功让我意识到，非
母语并不是文艺创作的禁区，作品的好坏不取决于你使用哪种语言。
然后，还有一个著名的作家，就是创作了鼎鼎大名的《洛丽塔》的俄国人纳博科夫，他
本人也是一个移民，英语并非其母语。但是移民美国后，成为了大学英文写作课的教授
，还创作了世界名著《洛丽塔》。
互联网一搜，发现海外华裔用非母语创作取得成绩的还真不少，明镜周刊还评过一个十
大最有影响的海外华裔作家，并且主要都是文革后出国的。

看看以下报道。如果你聪明，就知道这些中国富人已经被犯罪集团列为要屠宰，掠夺的
猎物了。这也是为什么我反对中国国企私有化，因为财富一定在私有化过程中被掠夺，
而且未必是落到中国人手中。我也反对中国富人离开中国。如果你们感觉中国不安全，
离开了中国，你们的结局是，不仅仅财富被掠夺，命也保不住。
而在中国，如果你够聪明，至少还可以保住性命。另外，这种财富的积累显然是不正常
的。一个人的财富达到47 Billion, 或者几百，几千Billion 都说明社会的分配体系出
了问题，这些人交了多少税呢？ 其实，一个人就算很奢侈，生活所需也消费不了多少
钱。就象乔布斯临死的时候悔恨地说，如果我知道今天会死，那么多钱财都成空，我一
定在我有生之年，把自己的精力除了放在挣钱外，还会去追寻自己的理想。每个人的理
想不一样。但我对富人的建议是，把你挣得钱尽可能地回馈社会，帮助，资助需要帮助
的人，或者传播一种信仰和理念。如果这世界有很多人受过你的恩惠和帮助，想必你的

Debut Carbon 的review还不错，就去Bestbuy 的Magnolia碰碰运气。正好他们有台红
色的连着B&W 805D 做demo，就在哪儿下了单，但是这个salesman这回可是把我恶心坏
了。
他一看电脑就说应该有一台黑色的，说老板让他们把红色换成黑色的，但是可能黑色的
到货了以后没人去换。刷了我的卡之后，他说帮我去仓库拿货。等了20分钟之后说找不
到，这样吧，帮我order一台过来，三天以后去取。我当时就答应了，回家看发票上写
的竟然是买的那天已经delivered。当时也没多想，三天后去取，他竟然抱着一台箱子
上写着open box，而且纸箱color description是red的唱机。我说这不是我的吧，他机
关枪一样说了一大堆，他基本上就是尽量create confusion。我说你三天前说给我
order，怎么order来一台open box？他说这个到了以后，他们magnolia的人误以为是给
他们的，所以开箱要换

analyst believes that trend will continue in 2012.
