网易新闻中心和广州日报的标题为《奥巴马国情咨文四提中国 坦言个别领域已落后》。
法制网·环球频道和中国新闻网的标题为《奥巴马国情咨文四提中国 认为美国面临竞
争危机》。
当然也有一些相对客观的报道，但总体给人的感觉好像是：美国在衰落，连美国总统自
己都承认他们面临巨大的危机和挑战，并且在很多领域都被中国赶超。换言之，中国取
得的成就已被美国认可。
如果有耐心浏览奥巴马讲话的全文就会有意想不到的发现。
新浪财经、中国日报网刊登的奥巴马讲话全文，在尾声有这样两段话：
“我们不应该对摆在我们面前的工作心存任何幻想。改革学校、改变能源使用方式、减
少赤字，这一切都并非易事，这需要时间。我们会围绕一切事情展开争论，这会使难度
变得更高，成本、细节、每一个法律条文。
尽管我们民主有时会出现争议、挫败及混乱，但我知道在场的各位都不愿意与世界上其
他任何国家的人做交换。”
