if your examples are:
Tom said, "James doesn't think before he does something."
Tom said James didn't think before he did something.
Then I would think they are equivalent.
and you sentence has a problem. "You don't think before deciding what to do"
is not a very logical sentence. if he decided, then he obviously thought

Need to open a new IRA account and plunge 10K (2008 and 2009 combined). Not

on other board over a dispute here. I kinda ignored her afterward until
this Lexian thing.
Jadefans seems to have no problem insulting others but then starts to
