in Dec, 2012, tired of waiting so filed Eb1 (140 only without 485).
received RFE in late Dec.2012 to ask whether I want to link this Eb1 with
previous NIW 485 application.
Waited close to 2 months and sent out materials one week ago to link with
previous application.
No furthur notice but suddently told me card production.
So approved and get green card already??
Never received notice what is the decision.

production again, and then there will be a mail telling you that they've

感觉。。。没有任何针对我的case的描述，就要了公司名字，tax id
也不保证30天有消息。。
有类似经验的同学吗？
因为case弱，一直没敢pp,越拖越没谱了

case 10月24日被touch过，目前的状态是“waiting for final decision”。 当时心
里一喜，以为快绿了。然后问了下这是不是说明background check 已经结束了，
officer耐心的查了下，说还在pending，所以这一步结束不了的话，他什么都不能做，
让我两个月以后再来问。看来掉进了无底洞了，不过起码比什么都问不出来强多了。
于此同时，LD打了tier2，得到同样的结果，看来确实是background check的问题。
不知道现在的background check是不是什么都查。我在新加坡工作过好几年，银行账户
还没销掉，LD居然前两天收到通知，让填写一个什么表格，说是根据美国这边的
request。不知道是不是FBI要求的，更不知道有什么可查的。账户里没有多少钱了，好
多年也没碰过了，希望早日clear。祝福各位早绿！ |

（2016-3月的RD）10月31日last update，目前状态是“waiting for final decision
”。 然后问了下这是不是说明background check已经结束了，officer查了下，说
fingerprint cleared, name check还在pending.

10月第一次infopass说bc还没完，今天去第二次infopass，赶上个态度巨差的IO，都不
让查老婆的进度
不过说现在状态是pending final decision
我问这是不是意味着bc clear，他说不确定，系统里看不到关于bc的信息（可能么？）
我再问是不是相当于assigned to an officer for adjudication，他说是，我这个
case已经almost there了
另外问到last touch是12月2号，按理说要是bc没clear的话一般也没人会去touch吧 |
