verification. 基本上其他卡也碰到过，然后打电话，验证个人信息不行，要去任何一
家银行做一次cash advance,说他们会decline这个transaction,然后那个银行应该打电
话给他们verify我是否是本人。
好吗，去了well fargo,well fargo说这个不是本行的卡，不能cash advance,然后去了
reginons,他们也说不是本行的卡不能cash advance,然后我和well fargo, regions解
释为什么要做这个事情，其实我是不要钱的，就是让这个transaction被decline了以后
你们好打个电话证明一下，人家说不是本行客户，没有这个义务，当场打电话给
barclay客服，客服说没有办法，只能换银行试试。
然后去了chase,好歹我是chase客户，做了一次cash advance, decline了，chase
teller说decline就没有办法做了，问chase teller能都打电话给barclay, chase说没
