杀虫类
1. 玫瑰防蚜虫
玫瑰上喷洒大蒜水（一或两瓣大蒜，碾碎后加水250ML,过滤后喷在玫瑰上）。而最好的
方法是在玫瑰之间种上大蒜，蒜味能够赶走蚜虫。这个方法也可以用来防止真菌的感染
。种韭菜也防病.
2. 巧杀鼻涕虫
用浅盖里倒点啤酒，傍晚置于菜地、花坛地上，第二天早起收尸。
3. 洗碗剂兑水喷花，可防虫。
4. 往蚂蚁窝里到Backpulver（中文泡打粉？）。蚂蚁吃了，会肚涨而死。
5. 除虫菊素(pyrethrins)是一种源于菊科植物除虫菊的天然植物源杀虫活性物质，含
有六种杀虫活性成分，具有快速击杀害虫的特效功能，可广泛用于农林牧业生产和城市

從去年臭狗死了後老婆怕我悲傷過度建議我種花種菜開始，我才發現我們家(或是說整
個南加州)的土壤有多貧瘠。我家是老房子但前屋主住了一輩子卻沒搞過院子，草皮長
的好是假象。土裡翻開全是乾土和各種石塊，不可能種的好菜。研究幾過月後發現打算
利用的土地面積太大，全面換土成本過高，工程過大，也違背我的環保理念。我又不想
像John Kohler那樣搞的全家都是Raised Bed。唯一的辦法就是用時間換取空間，先用
Tiller開挖，用篩子篩去石頭，最後用Compost改善土質。於是打算開始大量製造
Compost。
我一開始和大家一樣用塑膠的Composter，用了兩三個發現不管它們的設計和大小或好
不好使，根本的毛病全一樣，就是產量太小，效率太低。最大的Composter大概也頂多
五六十加崙，不用幾個禮拜就滿了，翻都翻不動。更重要的是就算加了Compost
Starter，也很不容易持續發熱，Compost不發熱就等於只有Decompose，分解速度極慢
。夏天時臭氣沖天，蒼蠅螞蟻蟑螂亂爬，看了都噁心。最重要的是一批Compost裝滿到

shredder打碎樹枝樹葉，三五時加入些討來的咖啡渣，這些加水都會發熱，廚餘本身反
而不會熱
廚餘我只餵蚯蚓
你的bin土本身不是問題，而是土把東西蓋住，沒有空氣，又不加水，也沒有green
(氮）和brown(碳）的理想比例，所以就只有decompose而不發熱
很容易修正，你若拿不到馬糞也不打緊，把割草的草屑和廚餘咖啡渣混合澆水並翻得鬆
鬆的，然後上面鋪幾個大黑垃圾袋，三天後應該就會熱

发帖数: 903 | 7 這些問題一點也不弱智。相反的，一看就是做過Homework才問得出來的Nitty Gritty。
1. 細的樹枝打碎後進Compost很好，分解快(所謂快也得幾個月)，樹枝間也提供更多空
氣給有氧分解。但稍粗的樹幹就不要進去，第一很難分解，第二用來做Mulch更好。粗
細地分別約直進徑兩三寸，不很嚴謹。鋸下的木屑則是最好的Brown。
2. Brown vs Green最直接了當的分別就是澆水腐爛後會不會發臭，會臭的就是Green。豆
渣當然是Green。草屑和樹葉是green，乾樹葉則也算Green和Brown之間。
3. 一切東西都是Compost過比較好，原因很簡單，Composting就是加速的Decompose，
枯枝埋地裡只有改善土質結構的好處。枯枝分解很慢，若缺水則可能得幾十年。反之枯
枝一但Compost過雖然還有形狀，但已經有微生物進入結構裡，進土裡會分解的更快，
植物可吸收養份。砍樹後的東西或枯葉直接埋不如先Compost幾個月，若直接進Raise
bed底部，那麼土表面很快就會塌陷下去。

I would agree that X = Br would be much better than X = Cl.
Another suggestion: I would use NHBoc instead of -NPhth to protect the N in
your alkyne. Phthalimide is an imide, which is not very stable under strong
basic or nucleophilic conditions. Lots of these tough Pd-coupling reactions,
like your case, require high temperature and strong bases. NPhth may
decompose before the alkyne couples. Considering your other pyridazine is

acid (TFA)的溶解能力特别强，很好用。可是，高分子（白色粉末）溶解于新鲜的TFA
之后溶液由无色透明慢慢变为淡黄色透明。
是不是因为TFA是强酸有所谓的发烟现象？浓盐酸就是淡黄色，因为含有少量杂质Cl2
。另外， 含卤素或含硝基的化合物容易变颜色,是少量变质导致的吗？
