昨天刚刚在Science 登出来的内容，NIH 的领导以及各机构director 合写了一篇文章
，声明NIH一向支持基础研究从来没有变改过，并把CRISPR 技术的进展作为一个基础研
究成功的例子。说他们注意到了很多所里的基础研究项目明显的减少了。但是他们坚持
说这些减少是因为往那些所投的基础研究项目变少了。他们为了鼓励纯基础研究，准备
简化一些文档，不再强迫研究者们写他们的研究到底和public health 有什么直接关系
。
但是他们没有明说的一点是，投入基础研究的资金会不会改变。

increasing.
如果是non-increasing我也觉得除了"22"之外就没有了. 当时没有严格的证明strictly
decreasing不存在, 只是举了两个例子:
比如"111", 后面是"31", 然后是"1311". "31"就是最小的length.
"1111"(之前是"一百一十一个1", 之前是更多的1), 之后是"41", 然后"1411". 长度还是
在"41"是达到最小, 然后开始增加.
所以就算从无穷多的1开始, 最后会达到一个"xxxx1"的情况, 这时候长度最短, 然后就
开始增加
了.

I finally made it by sorting the points by decreasing the distance to the
centroid of the points, then computing the sum until the next sum is bigger.

basically, in AA, blood stem cells are decreased in number but their
functions are normal; in MDS, the number can be either normal or decreased,
but their functions are abnormal. as a result, in AA, the morphology of
peripheral blood cells is normal; in MDS, some cells have abnormal
morphology and may be destroyed prematurely.
