半年前生了个健康的孩子，我和老婆经常被折腾得筋疲力尽。
采访过一对自闭症家长，他们为了孩子花费了一切精力，失去了所有的空余时间。
可是有这么一对美国夫妇，他们变卖了房子车子及所有的财产，来到中国福州，收
养了26个残障孩子。在他们以及护工的悉心照料下，这26个孩子得到了超乎想象的爱，
他们幸福地生活在一起。
近日，记者走近了这个特殊的大家庭，探访他们当中不为人知的故事。
26个残障孩子的快乐家园
4月28日，在我爱宝贝网站林秀先生引领下，记者一行人来到福州闽侯上街沙堤村
，走访了这家名为“隐惠园”的残障儿童之家。这是一个三层高的楼房，总面积超过
500平方米。门楣上写着“斌玲幼儿托管所”，Mike&Deena夫妇去年把它命名为“隐惠
园”。
“HELLO！您好！”女主人Deena满脸笑容地迎了出来。她看起来30多岁，褐黄色的
头发，绿色的眼睛，性格开朗，非常具有亲和力。跟在她身后的是男主人Mike，一个身
高180cm的帅气中年男子。
Deena能用简单的中文与记者沟通，上午10点，首先参观左手边的第一个房间，正

from most other sports. If you know
a little bit history of the top American marathoners, like Deena Kastor and
Ryan Hall, you would know that
they can't possibly be dopers. Many elite eastern African runners don't even
have a decent track to train on.
They train on dirt trails and run up the mountains. They have won marathons
and set world records running
barefoot. I simply cannot imagine that they would dope. |

大意是美国最近几十年有很先进的理论和技术，完整的训练体系，可是美国的长跑一落
千丈，成绩反而下滑。
现在的非洲长跑选手和新一代美国选手，包括Kara，Deena Kastor, Ryan hall开始抛
弃这些 highly structured systems
英美的代表人是英国的 Ms Radcliffe 在加州Mammoth Lake创办的 Mammoth Track
Club.
他们宣称，过去讲究太多的科学，可惜跑步还不是科学。他们的训练就是不讲究跑多长
，跑多快，run first, ask questions later
Kara 就是每次跑，就是 focus on running fast and hard for as long as it seems
right
我个人的总结，就是野蛮大运动量，冲击自己的痛苦承受能力的极限。

much secret. That's what I like about US runners, Deena Kastor, Ryan
Hall. They are open and are willing to share their training method and
diet. Bill Rodgers is willing to talk about anything with you. They are
the champion of the people. There are some great Chinese runners, but
they always seem to be at a distance, and even though we share the same
blood, I feel that I have little in common with them.

I don't need to stretch after an easy or recovery run below 10 miles,
however I need stretching badly after tempo or long runs.

hard training and overtraining. To avoid overtraining is the most difficult
part of distance running. Very often one gets injured when he feels that he
is at his strongest, not the weakest. Everybody gets injured. Haile
Gebrselassie and Sammy Wanjiru injured their knees. Bekele is injured and
hasn't been racing this season. Paula Radcliffe and Deena Kastor had stress

说说我的见解。
1)先说职业的。说实话。这里可能除了 bearSQ可能少有人和职业级别的有接触。
所以。我只能靠猜啊。训练有科学也靠方法。也有运气。
说实在我不觉得当初马俊仁全靠吃药。地狱训练也是个主要因素。
最近白雪。英杰。毁娜 成绩也不错。说明还是有科学的。
还是要肯定。中国发展确实快。我们在外面的不能总用老眼光啊。
2) 说业余的。
现在国内的跑步也很流行。特别是这几年。前几年从清华学生开始。
长跑热潮(eve那时候?)
慢慢的感染到更多的年轻人。很多和我们年龄相仿。
我的同学也有跑马拉松的。
但是环境的问题。国内跑步条件还是差一点。风气也无法和欧美比。
但是相对比以前好太多了。
以后会更好。我相信(我还想回去搞个Runners world中文版呢.hoho)
当然。和欧美相比。业余水平的跑步。还是有差距。从训练到比赛管理组织。

Marathon， 比赛应该有趣，处于加州野花的地方，去年比赛的前几名都是1小时22左右
，不算太野鸡。
另一个是3月22日的Dole Great Race of Agoura Hills - Deena Kastor 5K， 也不错
的比赛，前几名貌似 16分钟这样。
现在纠结是否去参加2月9日的10k，找不到好比赛，唯二的两个，都是在Santa Monica
海滩，其中一个很野鸡，我去了肯定拿冠军，而且遥遥领先那种，基本就是自己跑了。
另一个很贵，很高调，但是木有过去的历史，感觉很诡异。 |
