原油和汽油库存都明显下降了，而且是半年（？）以来最大的单周下降。
萨特也刚刚第一次减少对亚洲的客户的供应量。每月的减少量是亚洲第二大客户日本两
天的消耗量。
好几个国家（俄罗斯、伊拉克和阿尔及利亚）已经已经附和OPEC石油头子沙特的在下半
年延长现有的减少产量的计划。萨特甚至说可能会把这个减产计划持续到明年。过去油
价下降已经给沙特的石油公司造成了严重的经营问题，不得不靠借债或贷款度过难关。
美国公司也曾受严重困扰。根据今天的官方报告，（油价现在降了以后）美国的产油商
也在放缓。
不要太相信各类媒体在报告出来前说油价有很大可能是会降到40，而产油国的减产努力
是止不住的。产油国必须要保护自己的工业。过去沙特在油价走向30美元的时候还说过
不减产，但是大家都看到那样做对石油公司的后果非常严重。现在产油国不敢再相互恶
性竞争了。
