１。 费只有１０００分左由DEFEND。 只要不拉西，这个分数保住问题不大， 而且应
该肯定比这强。
２。 小德有差不多３０００ 分需要DEFEND。
所以除非 小德拿奥运会冠军７５０分， 否则根本不太可能超过费， 即便超过也是暂
段的两三周左右， 因为接着就是１０００ ROGERS CUP。
３。 那道有大概１８００分DEFEND。（奥运的分不记）但他现在的差分就２１００分
，所以即便美网夺冠，再得一大师杯，也追不上。

我的疑惑是，substantially, voluntariness is not an issue here in this case,
since Commonwealth v. Allen provides "When the voluntariness of a defendant'
s statements to private citizens is an issue, the
judge should conduct a voir dire to determine the
voluntariness of the statements.", this case (Waters) happened before Allen,
and Allen is not retroactive, therefore voir dire is not required,
voluntariness is not determined.

50%-50% would be more appropriate.
If both parties' claims are correct (meaning the ring is real and the
defendant did throw it away), a 50%-50% decision would mean - plantiff gets
half back because she has fault of losing her ring, defendant has to pay
half (which is still a big amount) because he had fault of not reporting and
returning the ring.

政府的法律顾问，她为所有的法律辩护没有错，但为总统的行政命令辩护就有两种情形
： 1）总统的行政命令是经过AD确认符合法律的； 2）总统的行政命令压根就不合法，
或者没有咨询AD，或者征询过AD但并没取得其同意。如果是第一情形，AD应当辩护；
但如果是第二种情况，也就是EO明显不合法的时候
，AD怎么为其辩护？
更何况，presidential executive orders 压根就不是law， the law here, only can
