St. Louis, MO, Oct. 18, 2003 - Senior Vice President and General Manager Larry
Pleau announced this afternoon that defenseman Al MacInnis will be sidelined
indefinitely, following eye surgery yesterday afternoon.
MacInnis, 40, was diagnosed yesterday by Dr. Isaac Boniuk, of the Barnes
Retina Institute, with a retinal tear of the left eye and a retina weakening
of the right eye. MacInnis underwent surgery yesterday afternoon to |

St. Louis, MO, Oct. 24, 2003 – Senior Vice President and General Manager
Larry Pleau announced today that defenseman Barret Jackman will be sidelined
for two to four weeks with a dislocated left shoulder.
Jackman was examined by the Blues’ team physician Dr. Rick Wright, of Barnes
Jewish Hospital today. Jackman sustained the injury late in the third period
of Wednesday’s game at Vancouver. |

cap Sunday by sending suspended defenseman Vladimir Malakhov and a
conditional first-round draft pick to San Jose for defenseman Jim
Fahey and the rights to left wing Alexander Korolyuk.
The deal will save the Devils $3.6 million on their cap -- Malakhov's
salary -- and it probably won't cost New Jersey much because Korolyuk
will play in Russia again this season and Fahey might not make the
roster.

全美职业冰球联赛（NHL）招募新晋球星，来自北京的宋安东（Andong Song）周六被纽
约岛人（New York Islanders）选中，成为NHL有史以来首名华裔球员。
宋安东的妈妈在他年轻时，想他学一种运动，因而选了冰球，在北京的小冰球场上首次
接触冰球，10岁时已才华毕露，加入少年冰球队，也参与过多项赛事，一家人后来移民
加拿大。
18岁的宋安东表示，很荣幸能成为「第一人」：「身为中国第一人，要承受家乡父老很
多压力。但这是正面的压力，会让我更有动力精益求精，要让他们以我为荣。」
追风少年 助推北京申奥
昨晨的2015年北美职业冰球联盟（NHL）选秀大会上，年仅18岁的宋安东在第6轮
172顺位被纽约岛人队选中，成为该联盟近百年历史上第一位被选中的中国球员。至此
，他成为自王治郅，姚明，易建联、孙悦等人之后，中国第7位被北美体育职业联盟选
中的球员。值得一提的是，在北京申办2022年冬奥会的大环境下，宋安东的出现不仅对
冰雪项目有促进作用，还将对北京申奥带来积极的影响，好比一场“及时雨”。

DALLAS -- The Dallas Stars have signed center Mike Modano to a one-year
contract extension. Modano's contract was set to expire after the upcoming
season.
The 33-year-old Modano, who was named team captain after defenseman Derian
Hatcher signed with the Detroit Red Wings in July, played in 79 games last
season for the Stars and registered 28 goals and 57 assists.
A 14-year veteran, Modano has played in 1,025 regular-season contests and has

对于一个beginner来说不可能深入理解战术的意义，其实就连我们自己打球
的都不能说搞得很明白。既然目的在于看懂比赛，那就说说比赛中最常见的
一些战术和一些相关的guideline，特别是这些guideline就是hockey sense
的基础。
如果对方控球：
一定要积极的forecheck，迫使对方失误，迫使对方丢球。要积极的attack
puck carrier，给予其足够的压力。
如果自己控球：
对于两个D来说可以相互传球，这样迫使对方防守队员跟着来回防守，同时
也使得goalie来回在门前滑动。只要一出现shooting lane，那defenseman
就要果断挥杆slapshot。
我们经常能听到教练说get it deep，这个deep指的是从门前两个faceoff
spot画一条假想的线，从这条线到门后面所有的区域都是所谓的deep区域。
球在这里才能对球门构成更大的威胁，才有机会得分。这里对于D有几种选
择：可以传给旁边的forward，由forward来射门；可以give-and-go接队员 |

和slot(门前到两个faceoff spot的一个近似扇形的区域，防守的重点地带)
的coverage。
积极的attack puck carrier，果断的backcheck，足够的防守压力是防守的
关键。
要多与守门员进行口头上的交流，随时观察场上的局势，特别是脖子要灵活
经常要快速的转头看看其它进攻队员的位置。也不能离守门员太近，不能挡
住他的视线或妨碍他做动作。
如果进攻队员在门前，尽量将其“清理”开，以防止其阻挡守门员视线，而
且还要防止他二次射门的机会。但同时也要避免和对方门前的队员过分纠缠
在一起，不但浪费体力，而且很容易被吹犯规。
对于defenseman来说如果有rush的机会一定要上，但是是“跟上”而不是“
引领”。
在DZ控球的时候要看清楚对方是从哪边来的，以便向相反方向转弯避开对方
的forecheck，而且球门是很好的一个障碍物，绕着它能很快的摆脱追击。
而且控制球的时候要多抬头看，机会出来马上传球，快攻往往就是这么一瞬

tim thomas狠牛啊，创nhl记录，bruins没他当goalie 肯定没戏
剩下的，又帅又年轻啊,当然ricchi去年退休也算有个好结尾，他都40出头了吧。
最喜欢的是lucic，帅啊～～～
然后是chara，你看第二场的playoff了吗，他能够那么快，也是因为他个子大腿长，哪
个goal简直就是ass kicking goal，虽然他们overtime被kill啦，但是bruins还是狠帅
的，就是不是那么lucky罢了。4/19 跟Capitals哪里打，我们再搬回来！
kelly,marshall都嫩，狠有前途！！！还喜欢horton,虽然playoff没他了（damn it！
stupid concussion）但是去年bruins也是这么赢回来的，哈哈。

，有人说，哪个队要他就拿走，给我们一袋大米就行了。今天那位同学又犯错了，间接
助攻对方进球，有人说：Someone wanted to trade him for a bag of rice. At
least rice responds under pressure.
