钱，还要加上油钱，不划算。
不过说到美国法官的人情味，那天出庭时我们一共看到两宗案子。前面一宗是个中国人
，住在Evrett，没有保险什么的，原该被罚800多，法官自动给他减到500。然后还很好
心地问：你能不能一次付出来？需不需要延迟缴款？他说他在餐馆工作，一次拿不出来
那么多钱，需要点时间。法官就给他六个月的时间。轮到我们时，法官给了deferral之
后还问一声：你能不能一次拿出来？总共不过就一百块钱！
美国人有时候照章办事的时候，脑筋很死，转不过来。但有时候也挺有人情味的。

fight the other ticket. If u get found committed on the 2nd ticket, ur
deferral will get revoked. U will end up with 2 tickets on ur driving record
.

第一张ticket，没有经验，精华区看过了，还有几个问题请教一下。
时间：晚上8点半左右。
路段：某高速，大概12miles，单向只有一车道，多是山路，转弯上坡很多，全程有很
多限速牌，估计不下10个，最高55mile，低的有30mile， 45mile之类，在某些转弯或
者上下坡处会有这些低速限速牌。
我那时刚从另一条比较平直的高速拐入这条山路州内高速。开了了大概2miles的样子。
我看到一辆车在高速左边的小路打算拐入高速，没亮灯前已经有不好的感觉，完了这下
终于中招了。他亮灯时警车是静止的。我看到他亮灯时他还在我左前方，我很快靠右停
下。
警察过来拿了驾照保险registration，告诉我限速40，我开66。然后回警车，再回来就
给了三张纸。

我不太理解这个“deferral”这个词放在这里什么意思。按我的理解就是，最早可以把
fiscal year end 放在930，仍旧可以4月15号due。这里看着更像是提前，而不是defer
啊。。。
另外，fiscal year end可以5月底，6月底么？

不明白什么叫团结共和党烂摊子，和民主党斗？人正不怕影子歪，trump就是要美国更
好，符合国家利益的就做，不符合的就反对。按党派划分本来就是歪风邪气。
该关税当然不是明天就能做好的，但也得开始做啊。平衡贸易，促进就业，从来不是一
朝一夕的，trump能当8年，就能改8年，至少能往好里走。
tax cut减少税收，但海外资金repatriate也能收回很多税收啊，海外资金回游投资本
土，促进就业，也就促进税收啊。我相信trump的tax plan靠铺。他的网页说了4条，哪
