我之前认识的一个朋友的女儿，是在大概7岁左右突发这个病的，后来发展为完全昏迷
状态，经过两年的治疗，稍微恢复了一点，大概能听懂一点儿话，眼睛会转。但是也就
是这样了，没有再进一步好转。
这个孩子的发病，诊断，以及所有治疗都是在美国做的，除了在ICU用机器维持生命，没有任何有
效地治疗方法。
另外有个大学同学，跑步的时候突然摔倒，然后昏迷不醒，在美国顶尖的医学院治来治去，也没搞出个
所以然，医生只是说可能是mitochondria deficient，但是最终也没有确诊，后来自己恢复了一
些，他爸爸带他回国修养了一段时间，现在全好了。
两个例子很极端，不管如何，希望你妹妹不是得的这个病，大大的bless。。。。。 |

hypothyroidism), and you need to look at free T4 (main thyroid hormone in

好吧，我标题党了。事情是这样滴。
本人孕中期开始有轻度的大细胞型贫血，血检结果是缺B12－－血液B12含量比正常的最
低值少一咪咪。于是就买了瓶B12开始嗑药。这嗑啊嗑啊，就嗑到了宝宝快四个月。这
几个月里我发现如果停吃B12几天，奶量一定会减少。大概少1／6，从30 oz 到25 oz
的样子吧。
那么我为什么会缺B12呢？这个我的医生也不知道。肉里B12丰富，所以一般美国缺B12
的多是素食主义者。可我是肉食动物啊。所以无解。不过如果google之网上和我相似的
例子还是不少滴。
那么磕B12对其他各位缺奶的宝妈有用么？我发唠叨这篇文是因为今天在网上闲逛看到
下面这段话。

活性低的原因多了去了，引起肝损伤的原因多了去了。基本可以肯定你这个酶活性低是
继发于其它因素的。你一口咬定是cpt-2 deficiency，没有病人和家属的配合，什么医
生都没法给你查下去。
现在5,000种、8,000种等基因病的测序都很商业化了，不信你去做一下。如果你对美国
完全失望了，你可以到欧洲去做，或者俄罗斯，或者中国。
我在另一个地方也说清楚了，这个病在多数州是新生儿强制筛查项目，是政府的实验室
做的。

Potential deficiency in vitamin k and C might cause it. The doctor, however,
disagrees and said it is not necessary to check for deficiency as he looks
