heat pump 的defrost board上有test pins，jump后还是没能进defrost模式，是不是
意味着defrost坏了？
可是维修工告诉我defrost应该是工作的。如果defrost完全不工作，按现在的气温，
heat pump上应该都是冰。
维修过程：
年初时heat pump外有冰，因为要开春了，就拖着没修，把冰砸开完事。
认定是defrost不工作了，做功课看了好些youtube视频。
一直拖到现在，最近温度0摄氏度以下了，才自己动手修。
发现
1）defrost board上test pins不能进入defrost mode；
2）defrost thermostat是好的；是L50 - 15 F,放冰箱后断路变通路;
3）氟利昂气压没法自己量；
4）制冷制热均无问题；
换了一块defrost board后还是一样情况。
无奈只好找了专业人士，结果说是氟利昂太少，估计是因为细微的泄漏。充上氟利昂就
好了。然后我就问为啥test不能进defrost mode，被告知这个也正常。充上氟利昂就好

一块(第3块)玻璃上有defrost wire, 可是左侧最后一块玻璃上却没有.
不知道为啥会有这种不对称的现象. 是右边多贴了还是左边少贴了?
请问买同样型号的朋友们, 你们的车上是这样的吗?

Control (ADC). Same problem. The 冰箱 could not defrost by itself. Either
you have to clean the ice every few weeks, or replace (fix) the part.
I found my 冰箱 ADC part from ebay. about $30

接下来把所有拆下来的都装会去。
找到一个零件叫Defrost Timer, 这个零件应该在freeze 门的最下面，见图，圈绿线的
位置（#23）。你能看到的只是Timer 中间旋转的位置，其它部位应该都被架子盖住。
确定找到化霜timer 后，插上电源插头。
这时你会听到冰箱里边的小风扇开始工作，温度慢慢开始将低，2个小时后，记录冷藏
箱和冷冻箱的温度。
然后：
用把一字螺丝刀顺时针方向慢慢拧转timer，拧转到你会听到“咔”一声，就停（如转
过头的话，继续转，还会听到）。
这时冰箱里的风扇和冰箱压缩机会停止工作，手动打开了化霜程序。
过3分钟后打开左边门，感觉一下在拆过的那块后面板下面接近电热丝的位置是否有温
热的感觉，可能还会看到点热气，或听到点水遇到电热丝后的烧气声。如果有的话，说
明电热丝在工作。如果没有的话，关上门，不要动任何零件，静静等待，等听到冰箱里
的风扇和冰箱后面的压缩机再次启动时，你需要每2到5个小时记录一下冰箱的冷冻箱温
度，24小时后把测得的情况贴上来。
如果风扇和压缩机没再运行的话，一个小时后把情况贴上来。

症状：冷藏热，freezer正常。估计defrost不工作，冷凝管周围积满了霜。
检查：heating element是好的，电阻量得30欧姆。
观察：damper是好的，风扇也应该工作的。
网上查了一圈，估计控制电路板坏了，有待最后确定。这款冰箱可以用诊断模式排除各
部分的故障，等冰箱重新制冷后再检查force defrost模式，如果defrost能工作的话估
计就是控制板的问题了。
在网上试着查了下控制板的价格，离谱地要135刀，抢钱啊。有没有自己修控制板的？
估计就是一个元件挂了。 |

北方的机场，在同等条件下的跑道比南方的要短！就是因为空气重，阻力大。
所以夏天适合自驾游，冬天为了省钱，寒假出去就做飞机吧！！！

后来看到了从下面defrost带下面开始长长的裂带 足足有近10cm左右长
没有任何被石子打击的痕迹 这应该是第二次听到这个声音 可能上一次就发生开裂了
之前在版上看到有人提醒过 果然发生了
subaru的前挡玻璃质量不好 网上有不少反映的
打算去dealer那修了 如果能证明不是石子砸的 应该在warranty之内吧 |

这玩意儿别人看不到你的车，也没法帮你收拾，替你搜了一下，某个米国人写的，你瞅
瞅有用不：
There are three reasons that the fan would run at all times the ignition is
on;
1. The engine control computer thinks the engine is running hot. If the
coolant temperature sensor is damaged or the wiring to it is shorted this
will cause the fan to run
2. There is a fault code set in the engine computer that will cause it to
operate in a failure mode in that it turns the fan on to be sure the engine
will be cooled.

defrost是空气经过AC除湿再吹玻璃，可冷可热。heated windshield是直接吹电加热的
风。对于电车来说可以在特定情况下省很多电。
非电车heated windshield估计也是这么工作，这样不用等发动机预热就可以除霜，不
是很多车都有的功能。 |

take out everything from the frig, unplug it. leave all doors open for 24
hours. you might see up to 1/2 gallon of water coming out of the back of
the freezer. after that you can use your frig as usual, but the problem may
come back in a few days, that's how you can be sure the problem is from the
broken defrost heat core.

下一步需要测试在化霜时timer 有没有120V输出，需要Bypass defrost thermostat 测。
defrost thermostat 放入冷冻箱后几分钟circuit 就会close, 不需要等一个晚上。
这几天out of town,, 无法帮你查。也不方便打字。如果还是搞不清楚如何测timer,

(VHR150R, 150 CFM, Recirculation), Fantech(200 CFM, without recirculation),
Lifebreath (200 CFM, RNC205)。价格2个Fantech差不多，Lifebreath贵了300刀。请
大牛给看看哪个比较好。
想CFM高的可能换气比较快，但是contractor说Fantech(200 CFM) with Recirculating
Defrost功能的机器没有囤货，。
Recirculating Defrost 功能重要吗？ Vertical Port 和 Horizontal Port哪个好？
