以搞好几百。我所列出的只是其中的一部份，很多我自己都不全的form就不一一列了，
大家如果找到了好的form可以多交流。
需要声明的是这些列出的form仅仅是我有的或者是我看到过的，很多流离在外的表大家

是苏联DELI， 有各种香肠和腌肉， 比较类似国内的制品。很多象苏联红肠，还有的像
蛋清肠。可惜那里的人基本上不会讲英语， 食品的名称也不好记。我的经验是牛肉的
没有猪肉好吃， 肥一点比太瘦的好。他家还有苏联巧克力， 糖果和点心， 没有本地
食品甜。此外他们还做半成品(在里屋)， 我不懂也没买过。旁边是一家韩国餐馆， 店
主和顾客都是韩国人， 看上去比较正宗， 吃过两次， 不太懂没评价。
另一家在大康副食店旁边， 靠近铁道， CHRISTINA波兰DELI店， 东西没有苏联店多，
他家做自制的点心非常好吃，以前PARTY时买过特别受欢迎， 可惜种类越来越少。他

济不景气的原因吧, 去Safeway买东西当晚饭的人特别多。回想刚来美国的时候Safeway
还算是食物的高档店，现在已经越来越平民化了。
在Deli的柜台外边等了足有15分钟，我买了一份海鲜Salad和一份Greek Style的蔬菜
Salad, 交了钱，正准备走，突然发现Receipt上的钱算的不对。我买的两个Salad会员
价都比非会员价少一块钱，我用的是会员卡，却给我算成非会员的价钱了。 我气愤极
了，接着回去找那个Deli的墨西哥大妈，这可比买Salad复杂多了，很显然她的英语没
有我想象中的好，又费了我10分钟，然后她明白了，用墨西哥风味的英语告诉我去
customer service改refund。
我又去20米远的Customer Service. Fuck, 又是一个长队！ 黑白相间的脸构成了一条
斑马线，弯弯曲曲的排了10米。 排在我前面的是个印度老大妈，是来查自己买的彩票

早晨起来，山中的空气凉凉的。 Noir看到门口有一个小小的宣传单，于是建议说：
"我们去吃一个热乎乎的早餐，吃饱了好上路！"Not mm当然没有异议。他们于是开
始寻找熊掌面包店(Bear's Paw Bakery)。天阴沉沉的，她们又冷又饿，转了好几个
圈，根本也没有心情看看这个清晨的Jasper小镇。只是随手拍了几张照片，算是来
过了。
终于找到面包店，才发现这里只有面包、点心、咖啡，而且，看起来似乎也算不上
热气腾腾，而且并没有她们向往的香肠、煎蛋之类的；可是，里面座满了人，几乎
没有位子。Noir和not mm不得不感慨：广告的力量真是大。但是，既然都已经在镇
上晃荡了，不吃总是不甘心的。那就去旁边那家看起来很贵得好了，居然也没有地
方！这里的生意真是好啊。
东转西转，终于找到了一个有座位的地方，只看见了牌子上有Deli的字样，根本也
没有看名字。（刚才刚在网上看了看，应该是Patricia Street Deli吧。）很小的
店面，看起来就像是任何一个城市街角的小咖啡店。看了看早餐牌，上面居然写着

五年的磨炼小杨养成了谨言慎行的低调性格，

Breakfast: skipped due to hefty schedule this morning. Forgot to bring some
to offfice.
Lunch: turky premium sandwich from Murphy's deli - 600
Dinner: turky premium sandwich from Murphy's deli + purple yam - 750
Total: 1350
Exercise: skipped. it has been raining like crazy.
Plus: only took sandwich from the boxed lunch

今天早上吃了2个鸡蛋白34卡，一片全麦面包110卡，中午吃了4片DELI火腿肉，很薄的
那种，170卡，1片全麦面包110卡，ZUCCHINI大概3/4个，木耳合着算40卡，下午吃了2
个西红柿5卡，晚饭吃了DELI烤牛肉的薄片4片大概170卡，白菜沙律一碗大概120卡，一
片全麦面包110卡。总计869卡吧。。。。。还可以，不算很饿，有微饿的感觉的时候就
吃西红柿和鸡蛋白了。。。。 |
