发帖数: 57 | 11 小弟12月2号下午定了一台DELL STUDIO 14Z，下单后发现这台机子有先天问题，底部不
平整，放在桌上使用会摇晃，随即决定换成STUDIO 15。用DELL ONLINE CHAT交涉取消
14Z订单的问题，无果，让我电话MODIFICATION DIVISION。好嘛，我打了几次，加起来
等了1个多小时，终于通了，简单说明后，RECEPTION说把我转到相关部门，结果就把我
电话挂了。接着我在DELL网站找到取消订单的选项，发了邮件过去要求取消，得到自动
回复邮件说24小时内给予答复，随后我便定了一台STUDIO 15，因为BING 的CASHBACK刚
好那天会结束。
昨天3号一天就在等这个DELL取消订单的邮件，同时又打了电话但是都没人答复我，由
于实在没有耐心每次都等30多分钟，最后还是放弃了，我想DELL总会回复我一封邮件吧。
今天起床还是发现什么都没有，于是再次打电话给DELL，等了30多分钟终于通了，结果
告诉我不能取消，说已经被LOCK在SYSTEM里面去组装了。让我先接收这个机子再联系

我周围坏掉的（包括我自己的）Dell笔记本和台机也有几十个了（因为单位发的台式和
笔记本电脑都是Dell的），周围的人都是怨声载道。单位和Dell签的笔记本lease是3年
一换，但是少有人的撑到了3年被自然更换的。一般都是2年左右就送回给IT dept了。
我现在灌水用的就是个Dell台机，我的Latitude D620已经挂了。呵呵~
不过也有人自己买的Dell用了4-5年还在混，都快成古董了。
其实Dell这几年质量还算不错了，比前几年它市场第一的时候强了不少。HP却是越来越不像样子了。 |

Dell说只要order在in production就不能退了，我又问那可否price match，因为现在同样的东西便宜了125刀，SPEC还比较好。Dell说他们不做任何价差上的配合，所有order都是我同意了才下，有问题我必须自己担负。我就说那这台laptop我不要了，我一拿到就退回去给你们，Dell就说那我会被charge 15% restocking fee。
请问这有天理吗？跟抢人一样嘛！东西没收到就降价，也不给discount，请问我该如何争取自己的权益呢？ |

最近想搞一个移动工作站，省的天天和GF抢电脑。网上看了一下，HP 8560w非DC屏和
Dell M4600的价格差不多，求版里懂行的高手推荐一下。
Dell的电池时间，重量，噪音，温度都比HP的好，不过外观挫了点。而且这个高端的机
子，两个零部件接合处还是有很大的间隙，这点HP做得好多了。没试过Dell的键盘，不
过自己现在手里的一台8460p的键盘非常舒服，touchpad触摸板很大用着非常舒服，
Dell的触摸板就小了很多。另外Dell的音箱貌似大家一致认为比HP的蹩脚音箱强。。。 |

skt1 开局，但没有压出，防守型开矿。p出了6龙骑，2xx直接进攻，dell只有一个坦克

Desktop的时候搭售了一台E197，真是滥啊，赶快在Craigslist上卖了，我对自己的
1905FP还是比较满意的，PVA的面板，可惜停产了。但现在的1907FP都是TN面板，奸商
啊。
Dell 20寸有2007WFP和2007FP，WFP是16:10，FP是4:3。这些显示器，包括最初的
2005fp/fpw，在上市的开始阶段用的都是S-IPS面板，质量也不错，但Dell过一段时间
就开始移花接木，把部分S-IPS换成PVA，还不是最好的PVA（Samsung 215TW）那种，所
以很多人就不满意，开始玩Dell Panel Lottery这种游戏，不拿到S-IPS的誓不罢休，
还好这样执著的人不多，要不Dell就把自己玩死了。Dell后来为了防止用户看到面板的
型号，都不用面板生产厂家的名字来标记面板了，用了代号，但这阻止不了热情的美国
人民，有人居然拆开显示器看内部标号来对应代号和面板，所以现在基本上什么代号也
都被搞清楚了。 现在新的2007FP已经没有S-IPS面板的了，全部是PVA，而 |

Controller series v1.19....,然后就是光标在闪,就停在那了.我给DELL 打电话,
Warrenty Expired.但他们还是给我寄来两张盘,一个是OS, 一个是DRIVER, 因为我买
LAPTOP的时候不知什么原因,不能产生备份盘,就一直没管它.告诉了DELL,他们就给我寄
了这两张盘.

由于在1年保修期内, 返回Dell, 换主板复活.
Dell Precision M6600, 昨天突然也是同样问题, 突然屏幕花屏, 再开机,屏幕亮不了
了. 联系Dell, online chat 一通测试, 最后结果显卡坏了. 用了2年, Prosupport还
在保修期内. 周一Dell上门换主板, 无语了.....
感觉Dell专门设置好的, 用用就坏, 而且基本一个坏法. |

发帖数: 2565 | 35 买个inspiron 600m用不到一年母板就坏咗。基本不能power up。每次关机以后要等很长
时间让电脑足够凉快了以后才可以power up.
网络上一查询，发现成千上万的dell手提电脑用户都曾经或者正在经历这个痛苦。并且还
有一则新闻说dell自己承认他们的一部分手提电脑母板抑或capacitor会出现过热而烧毁
的问题。
我已经先行修书一封用certified mail寄给dell了，信中声明要他们赔偿我的损失。也已
经受到delivery confirmation. 当然我并不指望他们会鸟我这封信，只不过我必须先知
会他们，才能去法庭做small claim.
虽然做small claim我们并不需要请律师，但是法庭要四、五十美元的file fee. 包里没
有多少钱，所以来这儿问问有经验的或者懂行情的，如果我去通过法庭索赔，胜诉的可能
性有多大？
据说，如果法庭发了传票给被告(dell in this case)，如果被告不鸟，法庭将做出有利
于我的裁决？
但是，象dell这样的大公司是不是在全国各地都有代理律师？也就是说，届时dell只需要
调动他们在我们这个地方的 |
