怎么说呢，可以学到不少东西，可以接触到所有的asset classes，很多不同的
derivative products，尤其是exotics derivative products 我觉得很有意思。这些
如果你到bank里不是直接做trading相关的工作其实反而是接触不到的，因为在银行里
都是比较窄的方向，不会什么都做，做哪一块就只接触哪一块的产品。Deloitte的这份
工作作为起点来说我觉得不错的，以后想跳槽其实也挺容易的。
boa做asset allocation model应该和valuation比较不同，以前我在deloitte的时候也
做model validation，所以多少知道一点点。做model有比较多是和documentation打交
道。这两个工作应该编程都不多，Deloitte的pricing tool都已经有了很多年了。boa
那个应该也不是从头开始做吧。技术层面上，Deloitte的接触不同的valuation
techniques，valuation models。boa那个就不了解了。

一时间，两个interviewer, 各半个小时，互换，A: Partner( > 30 years with
company, 严肃，honest); B: Auditing Manager, Hispanic
另外HR（负责学校recruiting，for the whole nation）, + 2年前同一个学校毕业的
，先做auditor, 马上要升senior-B 告诉我的。
这三个专业人士都是从本州另一个地区来的，不是我要去的那个
第一个，我感觉不太好，因为我啰嗦，又跑题 或换题。。跟大头谈比较紧张。
第二个人直夸我好。。。我也不停的用例子来吹。。
你们觉得有戏吗？

list上，有人放弃了offer，我才顶上的，非常的幸运。
本人的简单背景：MAcc，MST，GPA 3.6，500强实习，CPA candidate。
去年秋天到今年春天面试了EY，KPMG和PwC的internship，全都在一面全军覆没。
今年EY在我们这个地区不招full-time，KPMG根本没有给我发面试。
面了Deloitte和PwC，都进了二面。
PwC在我发邮件follow up的时候，当时就发来了拒信，震惊了我。
Deloitte一直没有结论，这让我在过去两周无比的焦虑。两周之后，我在心里上已经放
弃希望了，offer来了。
我是一个基督徒，感谢神。

, 现在主要考虑以下两个：
Deloitte： Business Technology Consultant， 地点纽约。
Johnson & Johnson：IT Leadership Program Associate Analyst， 地点新泽西。
Deloitte好像高大上一些，但工作累时间长，要经常出差，学东西应该快一些，公司
sponsor MBA。
Johnson&Johnson 工作轻松一些，福利好，上班近。新泽西生活费用比纽约低些。
有打算几年后换到Texas工作。
请各位前辈指点一下哪个offer更好？what does it look like to work in the two

Deloitte这些咨询虽然都是做挑粪之类的事情但是毕竟接触IT范围比较广 也是一个好
的锻炼的机会吧
JnJ出来以后的下一份工作应该也是类似的制药公司

这学期毕业，CUNY Baruch的本科毕业。
PwC tax - Banking Capital Markets
Deloitte Audit — Financial Service
JPMorgan - 2 year rotational Accounting Analyst Development Program (
Controller role)
GE Capital - 2/3 year Investment Analyst Development Program （主要做
commercial lending 和 credit risk）
除了GE在Connecticut 其它的地点都在纽约Manhattan
薪水上面PwC tax 69k， JP 65k + 10k sign on + year-end bonus, GE and Deloitte
一样都是57k. 不过我觉得GE是有谈价的空间的，我估计目前他们是match我big4 audit
的薪水。

发帖数: 122 | 20 PwC BCM 纽约那个组还算大，发展应该比较稳定，就是做Audit太辛苦，没啥技术含量
，一周80小时家常便饭。
69k薪水让我有点吓一跳，原来现在审计Entry Level还给这么少，在纽约这种地方根本
不够花。不过平均每年涨薪水至少10%，熬个三年应该就可以100k.
Deloitte和pwc差不多啦，Deloitte， EY， PwC这三家基本上文化，工作内容都一样，
选钱多的，或者大一点的组这样子机会多
GE做的是金融，从钱的角度来说，将来应该潜力比会计大。 |

德勤的这个职位非常好，直接进入管理层，在公司战略层面上做事。跟各大公司高层
建立人脉。以后跳槽做公司高管，可主管并购重组业务，或者自己创业做风投私募都是
很好的职业方向。 |
