停药主要担心bipolar manic episode发作，妄想（delusion）。像你的强迫症，想跳
车什么的，如果停药以后，控制不了自己，真的去做了，后果非常严重。
可怕的是，当病来的时候，自己没有太多的察觉。一旦开始了，自己失去了对自己的控
制。
我和evolve一样，是被强制送去医院的。真的不希望再发生，特别是被注射镇定针，相
当难受，而且自以为针对身体有相当的伤害。
我相信我也是bipolar I，只想着耐心坚持吃药，希望病不要发作。
和evolve一样，问你白天吃的是什么药？
我也吃两种药，不过是晚上一起吃的。Lithium对付manic，Risperdal对付delusion/
psychosis。 |

是高层自主意识对神经系统的模糊感知。或者对brain mapping的一种感受。
着是你为什么需要静坐，无外界感官干扰，专注的情况下才能体验到”经络“的”存在
“。而且，越练习，感觉越真切。因为neuroplasticity.反复练习强化”体验经络存在
“这一回路的结果。
其实和圣灵，sense of presence of being...什么的是类似的。

我本人也是练习过的。冲玉枕，通周天，什么的也都体验过。
这种头脑的delusion也是法功，GYFM什么能令信众信服的一个原因。其实也是宗教存在

实。
抑郁症，英文正式诊断名称是 major depressive disorder。这个诊断名称翻译成中文
就是重度抑郁性疾患。在英语国家的口头和书面语中，这个正式名称可以简单化表示为
major depression， biological depression， depression，这些词语的代换使用不

closely related to the Stockholm Syndrome (identify with the abuser), a
little bit of depressioin (self loathing), some bipolar (alternate between
self-grandiose and self-pity), and some schizophrenia (delusion and
disorganized speech).
I really feel sorry for Mr. Liu. Instead of taking care of a patient, the

说明：这是一本书，《America Alone》 的读书笔记。作者Mark Steyn是美国保
守派，支持共和党，支持伊拉克战争。我发此读书笔记并不表示我赞同其观点。完全是开
卷有益，美国右派的思想，对大多数中国人来说是陌生的。但我的确认为作者所讲述的
问题是真实的而且是严重的。我理解这本书最主要的思想并不是人口，或者伊斯兰，而

The opening ceremony was a bit of a grab-bag, wasn’t it? I thought some of
