量？乱猜也能构成一种学问的话，那人类文明早就冲出银河系了
老衲不同意他的解释，认为是搞笑胡侃，并不是为了批驳而批驳。
人口红利其实只是一种现象，而非发展原理。它的体现需要多方面因素，其中最重要的就是
institution framework和policy setup，如果具备稳定的环境，即使是简单的FDI都可以出现增
长奇迹，不论你人口怎么增长，demographic window如何展现。也就是说它只是个结果
，而不是像群氓说的那样一种为我党所利用的罪恶工具。
另外，这种现象其实并不能持久，纯粹靠劳动密集产业搭搭便车还可以，但是要实现质的飞跃绝无可能。
