2011年初，密西根大学AD Dave Brandon 解雇RR，找来San Diego State 的Brady Hoke
做主教练。这意味着密西根football抛弃了3年不见效的spread option，重回pro-
style的打法。但是，毕竟Hoke资历尚浅，没有太成功的resume，唯一可以联系的是他
曾经是密西根的教练组成员，了解密西根的传统。

I have to make some comments about Michigan football. Offensively, it seems
that the coaching staff really don't know how to develop/tune the players,
especially the QBs and RBs. Within 3/4 years, I only see that the
performance of Denard becomes worse and worse if there had any improvement
at certain games. We can accuse that Denard is not the QB for the pro-style
system, but this isn't the right coaching attitude and it is irresponsible
