后院邻居将许许多多的杂物堆在fence边上, 导致dence向我家后院倾倒. 我之前不知道
是他家堆的杂物堆太多, 还以为是太旧, 被风吹倾斜啦. 我就写了封信给那家的owner,
要求repaid 并平分cost, 但是没有得到任何回复. 但是昨天我拿梯子上去一看, 被吓
倒啦. 整个后院子都堆满破旧的东西, 很多都堆在fence上. 我后来在清理杂草的时候
见他家院子有人, 就问他是否是屋子主人. 他说不是.我跟他说, 你们家的杂物堆在
fence上将fence压倒啦. 麻烦你将他们清理, 好等我们请人来修理. 他说, ok, 我立刻
会叫人清理. 但是一整天啦, 都没见他有动作. 请问这种情况, 我该如何处理最为妥当
