发帖数: 513 | 2 我的父母于2014年4月持B2签证进入美国，2014年7月份我提交了他们的绿卡申请材料，
他们于2015年6月收到绿卡。
我在填写2014年税表的时候，将他们列为dependents。我那时没有注意到医保的问题，
所以2014 1040 line 61 checked "full-year coverage" （默认选项），但事实上我
父母在美国是没有医保的。
我刚来本版看到了置顶的帖子，整个浏览完我还是不很明白。想请教如下问题：
1。我父母在取得绿卡身份前是否符合Exemption Type C (Citizens living abroad
and certain noncitizens)？还是只是2014年4月前才符合？
2。我父母在美期间是和我们住在一起，是否这就相当于我们提供他们的生活费所以他
们就应当作为我们的dependends？
3。可否给他们单独报税，而不是作为我们的dependends？如果可以，他们是否就符合
Exemption Type A (Coverage is unaffordable)?
4。我是否应马上主动提交2014年度的1040X/540X？

填4506-T时有点不明白。1a(Joint return, enter the name shown first)，我的理解
应该是填我的信息， 2a(if a joint return, enter spuse's name)，我的理解应该是
填我LD的信息，这样就没地方填岳父的信息啊？多谢指教。 |

第一次说查不到， 很干脆的据了。
第二次还是查不到，vo在老婆的请求下，先查了我的信息，然后通过dependents查老婆
的信息，查倒是查到了，但vo说查到的SEVIS号码不是老婆I20上的号码。
于是杀到ISS，亲自盯着advisor在电脑上操作。 advisor输入我老婆的SEVIS号码，什么
也没查到，输入我老婆的姓名， 还是什么也查不到。最后输入我的信息， 再点
dependends连接，才查到老婆的信息，而且信息是对的。
advisor也莫名其妙，后来他告诉我说， vo和advisor用的是两个数据库。advisor用的
是department of state的数据库， 那个数据库里的信息要做一份拷贝之后送到各个
大使馆， 有可能是拷贝的过程中， 操作员做了什么误操作。
以上就是我的case了。
看起来，我的case和shangyer的更加类似一点，只是，我们学校的advisor是把我老婆作
为我的dependent输入的，你确信你们学校的advisor是把F2当一个单独的record输入的？

主申请人于1月收到绿卡。
副申请人先是finger print 被卡，第二次看见很多红灯但硬是被不耐烦的打指纹的官
员轰出来（具体见另一个帖子）。再是律师说不能pp, 等我们在论坛上面发现可以pp之
后file上去排期又后退。接着是收rfe (见另贴）。原以为交了rfe responde该结束了
，这会又来这么一个update。 班花能帮忙看看是什么意思么？是指纹不过么？

我和我老婆PR 3年半，申请PR时老婆还在读phD， PR dependend on me.
现在老婆工作有半年，在一个研究所工作，薪水4K多一个月。现在她一个人带小孩申请
公民，不知这样的case通过的机率有多大。看网页上说要前3年的税单，前一年的cpf,
如果是硬性条件的话，很难通过啊。 |
