You can test engine integrity with a compression gauge, but the starter's cr
anking speed will give a trained ear an indication of low cylinder compressi
on. If you hear a fast-cranking engine, test the compression to see where th
e problem is. Low compression does not always indicate an internal engine pr

一、结婚
首先到所里的人事办公室开出结婚介绍信，题头单位是海淀区人民政府婚姻
登记处，这个要与LP从单位开出的介绍信一致！拍三寸结婚证用照片，强烈
建议去王府井的中国照相馆照，非常不错，摄影人员很专业，不过取相的时
间比较久，早作准备。再有就是觉得黑白照片要比彩色的好些，人看着顺眼
多了。之后的体检登记可以一天搞定，记得每人带3张一寸照片，早上起早到
海淀区妇幼保健院抽血查体，下午1点在过去看录像，然后就可以拿到体检结
果了。这时候大约是3点钟左右，打车直接去位于锡华保龄球院内的海淀区人
民政府婚姻登记处登记就行了。登记的工本费是9元钱，但是他会让你交59元，
因为要给你一个结婚证夹子。如果买了会给你搞一个很土的发证仪式，用数码
相机照了几张照片，但是要拿到这些照片，呵呵，再交190元吧！所以偶认为
是个圈套，最好别买！
二、I20表和预约
携行的I20和F1单签的I20的区别就是在第四页上会有LP的信息，同时在前面

了IRS网站上看过了有关信息，不过还是有些具体问题不太清楚，因此再发一贴请各位
帮忙解惑。
1. 本人父母在2009.1.1 至2009.12.31之间停留美国超过200天，符合ITIN的申请要求。
2. 根据现在的申请程序，应该是填写W7表，附上护照复印件等证明身份及停留时间，
同时完成Federal Tax Return,将所有以上材料寄至以下地址：
Internal Revenue Service
Austin Service Center
ITIN Operation
P.O. Box 149342
Austin, TX 78714-9342
这样就完成了ITIN的申请，同时也完成了联邦税的保税。
以上是我做功课后得到的结论，是否正确？
现在问题来了：
A：填写W7表等都没有问题，但在填写Federal Tax Return的时候，因为还没有拿到父
母的Tax ID, 所以无论是用表格自己填写或用Tax软件等都无法加上父母作为dependant
，因此在该份1040 表上是没有父母作为depen |

as long as they satisify the residence requirement(>183 days for the tax
year. The calculatuion of eligible days = 1*# of days in current year + 1/3*
# of days in previous 1st year + 1/6*# of days in previous 2nd year).
The key here is that they meet the residency requirement which means they
have to be in US. However for parents with Canandian or Mexico Cititzenship,

many good chinese restaurants too, plus u can go to NYC to eat during weekend.
NYC has financial industry and job oppurtunities too..
hard to say, the bad thing I have to say about NJ is it is so over-developed,
so crowded in most areas... shrug
consider housing price, I think Rockville is on the same level of some NJ
towns..
