config。这个共享的config大家都在上面改，有些冲突的地方，所以默认deploy的时候
会fail，之后大家会根据错误的提示调整一下，（其实即使错误也不影响代码的deploy
，这是个小公司，tech lead （A） 在帮我deploy的时候我就看他会收到这种错误，之
后自己改掉继续）
A前几天要我把我的deploy必须checkin进去这里，我今天就check in了，但这个东西不
好弄：我如果follow别人的convention，和其他人的一样，就会出现这种’错误‘。如
果我写的不一样，又觉得他们又会说我不follow convention或者他们有什么原因不得
不这样。。。最后我就这么加进去了。然后今天A就跳出来发信息和说我，这个必须要
拿掉，说影响了别人的deploy。还说我如果不会就不要瞎做。。。。。我听后很生气。
就告诉我的老板（我们不再是一组，这个老板不是他的老板），之后老板和他理论，但
他说我应该怎么怎么改。。。。但一是这些他之前都完全没有和我说过怎么加这个，二

开源的工具很多。不过general的对build/deploy系统的经验和了解对任何一个公司都
是有价值的。所以从经验的普遍性来说比较好。即使不是开发相关的系统。很多公司的
build/deploy的人员不具备software development的能力，这其实是一个缺陷。
至于是不是每个公司都需要“开发”自己的build/deploy tools，也许不是。但deploy
系统上，越来越多的公司在build自己的solution。目前还没有特别理想的通用的开源
deploy系统，而且deploy往往和每个公司自己的内部业务有一定的绑定，就算用open
source的系统，往往也需要比较多的customization.
实现一个好的deploy系统比如Apollo其实也无非是实现一个scalable的distributed
system
,在这个过程中得到的经验就算用作它用也是很有价值的。

那90年代末就说了EUV是下一代了，但一直是下一代，也一直拖延，什么2006/2010交货
？ 那是没有实用化的，不然ASML2012年邀请下游3个厂商(intel/三星/台积电)入股干
什么？就是为了共同承担开发EUV的巨大风险。
现在号称实用的，是2015年底出货的（我以前查的说是2016年初，anyway, 就是那个时
间左右）， 是不是真的实用？ 现在看来还是有点令人怀疑的，现在用EUV开发7nm以
下的下游3厂商， 再加上GF, 样品是拿出来了，但量产过程都有麻烦，能不能解决，何
时解决，都有不确定性，反尔是2手准备的台积电， 用immersion老方法要率先量产7nm
(今年6月）。

一名荷蘭攝影師用鏡頭記錄下它們暮年時的模樣，觸動人心。近日當世界範圍內的公衆
和媒體正在為緬懷911而行動時，這種獨特的視角受到了人們的敬意。
這名女攝影師名叫夏洛特，今年34歲。為尋找這僅存的12條英雄犬，她在今年年初
曾走遍了美國的12個州。在她的鏡頭下，這些搜救犬均已顯老態，用網友的話說，它們
憂鬱的眼神讓人不忍多看。目前，在微博上被廣泛轉發，引發了世界網友的關注。
