有马上停下来。他说看到我的车牌上的tag是旧的。我是车子注册过的。他查了确实注
册过。我不知道renew registration要贴新tag。好像宾州renew后只寄给我新的
registration，但没有tag。但他还是给我开了张罚单“fld to affix
tag/sticker"
他还写了additional information: refused to pull over for police
when requested to do so, deponent had to chase and run him off
road.
mail not guilty plea within 48 hours-----问题是现在是周末，也不知道能
