4000。
大家讨论一下还是有好处，我自己的两点结论：
（1）现在两田因为产量问题价格虚高，能等的可以再等一等；
（2）Routan的团购价是很好的deal,但只适合真正需要Van的人，以投机心态去买恐怕
会失望的。
总之，买不买都不需要给自己找理由，主要看自己的需求以及是否合适。 |

板和中小板连续破位下,引发了一定程度的恐慌,最后拖累股指跳水,而且连续几天这样
造成了习惯性走势.
我以前说过,A股都是提前反应, 5月2日不对称加息可能是真的, 因为这对银行是利好,
对大盘是利空,这也解释了为什么资金拉抬银行股. 但跌到这样这个大盘利空也已经释
放差不多了. 现在希望中小板止跌,和版上一些仁兄们看法基本一致,这次的下跌是中小
板崩盘导致的.
明天反弹的可能性很大, 因为从技术上有这个要求,中阳或者小阳迎五一.,最理想低开

如果你在你死的前一天，把你最后拥有的最后的那个很大的property（properties），
这是carry了你一生所有投资房的depreciation的那个（那些)卖掉，所有deprecation
write-off 是要参与capital gain计算的，你是要pay capital gain tax的。
但是如果你不卖，一直hold到死，那么这些depreciation write-off会被重置，所有你
拥有的property会用市场价pass给你的继承人。这个才是真正的巨大的loophole |

思. 说起来有点绕，单起一行：
是在 derived class template 里面需要 call an inherited method (not
overwritten) from the base class template, 但是这个 method signature 不依赖
于任何 template argument 的时候，如果直接
method( args );
编译器会有问题，不过 -fpermissive 能过。

我们联系的home insurance，当然前提是让他们来做。现在保险approve了，ACV（cash
value）是5500左右，DEPREC(depreciation value) 是1800左右。中间自己要交1000
刀的deductible。有疑问：
保险公司给了cash value之后我们一定要修吗？要修的话一定要找之前的那个
contractor修吗？
是否可以拿了钱不修，或者自己找一个价格更低的人去修？
这个1000刀的deductible有什么办法可以规避呢？

Not a must. But you don't, 1. you won't get DEPREC back (insurance withhold
this part until you finish the repair. They will then mail you second check
with $1800). 2. you may be ricking to be dropped for not doing repair and
get denied for future insurance claims.
So I say -- do repair. A new roof will increase your house value a lot more
than a few thousand dollars.
