ambion发信问原因，说一个工作日会给回信的，结果三四天了还不理我。
我是用dig-utp，如果用strip-ez kit的话，在68度incubate 10min就行，而且deprobe
效果非常非常好。现在这个kit不卖了，也没找到相关替代品。大家都是怎么deprobe呢？
80度煮两个小时？那膜能用几次啊？ |

microwave oven (each time 8 min). It works great. For the membranes that was
stored for 4 years, the signal was still very good. |
