用语言叙述，Depr 是从来都没有花出去的现金，但是计算NI时被减掉了，所以必须加
回来。

妈妈从中国打电话来问这事，她说美国人办事怎么这样。
如果CO是因为缺少什么东西，就让地产商去补材料。
我们打电话去BUILDING DEP 问。他们说有缺一个，就是我们房子烟感淋水喷头
的一些材料
可是我们打给地产商，他们又说全都交进去了。
眼看除了星期天不办公，离我们的时限只有三天了。可是我们的CO还是没有动静
我真的不知道为啥这套房子这么折腾。。
我能找的到BUILDING DEP 办我们房子的经办人问这事吗？或是银行能延期我们锁利率
的时间吗。。
其实如果就没了这1000多块钱就算了，可问题是。一起交进去的6套新房子。四套的CO
都出来了，而且是在11.24就出来了，可是我的还有我旁边的那套就是没出来，一定是
缺少了什么东西，我真的很气。。。都不想买这套房子了。而且，我们现在租的房子也
只租到月底就退房了。。还有BF买的新冰箱，还有洗衣机。也定了时间送到新房子那去
。。会不会到月底，我们就无家可归，而且这么多家具也没地搬。

我从robert那里要来了08年LIA法律小组对起诉奥本排期捆绑的可行性报告。大家看看

ee. these 2 deps r face to face building. u can check his name as key word then

dorms that is called " graduate college". u can ask airporter top there.

发帖数: 58 | 49 水费是从六月份到九月份，房子是8月份close的。close的时候双方律师对水费单根据
历史水费单做了调整，当时就问了为了什么要做调整，被告知都是这么做的。卖家给了
100多块，作为六月到九月的水费。
这个月初，打电话给dep说要注册帐户，才知道上一季度水费是800多块，仔细询问后发
现仅7月份12天就650块。DEP说没有任何人打电话 request final read，所以现在帐单
需要买家付，还提到一般close时卖主或者买主会要求把帐单分开。
第一时间给close的律师打电话了，人家说纽约市都是按历史调整的，他30多年来都是
这么做的。我们要求他给对方律师发信说这个事情，他说他不管close后的事情，如果
要他involve的话，需要给他支付200块。
我们认为律师没有做好他的due deligence, 才会有现在的状况。
我们没有原屋主的联系方式，中介不给，中介也不希望involve，就说这事应该双方律
师处理。
请问房子close时都是对水费做调整的吗？如果卖主不愿意支付，我们去小额法庭的话
，有机会赢吗？律师在close方面有失职吗？

发帖数: 166 | 50 it's unusual to have such a large water bill, i always have sth around $200.
yes the water charge is estimated by the lawyers based on previous usage.
the bank lawyer and the buyer/seller lawyers should have verified on the
numbers at closing day.
DEP would advise a final read but the seller would need to pay sth. like $
125 for them to produce the final read, in NY they say water bill is always
associated with the house, so there's no reason for a seller to want to pay
for it.
