语翻译，比如各种奖励（三好学生、各种奖学金，名誉称号等等），教职员职称职务等
等，这样比较严肃。。。不像现在大家随便来。。。
台湾还是比较规范的，比如台大专门有个词汇表：

1. 德州房地产法（Texas Property Code）简称TPC, 给房东很好的保护。
2. 房东上法庭驱离租客。首先房东必须按照 TPC 条例，准备一份驱逐通知（
Eviction Notice）. 这份通知必须用准确的法律语言写清楚，由于租客拖欠房租，违
反合同，根据合同条款，租客必须限时搬走。否则房东将提交驱逐申请（Eviction
Petition）给当地法庭（Justice of Peace Court） 简称JP 法庭。大部分租客会担心
这个驱逐提案会造成严重的租房信用危害，所以会同房东妥协。在法庭外解决。
3. 如果租客拒绝和解，那么房东只能作为主诉人（Plaintiff）提交驱逐提案。这时除

假如组很大，老板管理事务太多需要培养一个deputy，那要么他看好培养对象并帮助
candidate构建一定的authority（似乎不是你的情况），要么实战中看谁能胜任。如是
后者，则你作为新人抢到了“主动态度”这一点仅仅是个开始。这个不合作同事，你可
以想法争取，但也要做好争取不到的准备（比如他的活谁来加班完成，最有可能的候选
人是你自己）。假如一切顺利完成，你向老板证明了你可以领导一个有执行力的小队（
这个小队可以包括那个同事，也可以不包括）。如果仅仅是一个同事不合作，可以想办
法；但如果另几个人也缺乏热情，则你的“雄心”已经被证明是个空中楼阁。
但如果组不大，短期也无扩张的迹象，那么如果你做不成，肯定有害无利。但做成了短
期也不见得有直接受益。当然长期受益是你能力的锻炼，还有就是老板有了印象。但这
个印象对你是有利还是不利则取决于，老板是否对你有足够的竞争优势并因此把你作为
