隔壁办公室的西班牙同事回国工作，
一帮人闹到夜里12.25，因为最后一班地铁是12.30。
以为回家可以好好睡一觉，
半个小时后，房间的门铃疯狂尖叫。
夜里一点啊，什么人这么有病，偶不接听。
继续叫，tmd有完没完，偶忍不住恶骂。
门外显然是个法国人，英语仅限于 i am Deris, or something like this。
偶不认识你。

晕，我住的公寓里有四十多个房间，不知道有多少人，每天在会客室见到的，估计有10个
左右吧？
偶还是不认识你。
你开门吧，我想进去和你聊几分钟。
搞，夜里一点，和偶聊几分钟？
不好意思哈，偶累了，要休息，改天吧，Deris。
改天让偶再碰上，非得拿钝刀砍死你。
。。。。。。
迷迷糊糊的睡着了，门铃又响。
看表，夜里两点左右。
这位神仙大哥，饶了偶吧？
终于，在沉默的抗议中，偶又睡过去了。
早上7点，闹铃响，偶还以为是门铃，
心想，睡觉重要，不理他，早上起来告诉值班室。
结果，结果，结果。。。。。
偶9点才起来，上班迟到了一个多小时。

days to combat coronavirus, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced.

do house downpay. etc. So that's always a risk. Bond, CD, you
can liquidate any time. That's why you want a premium buying
stock and deriative like put can help smooth it out.
It's always important to know how much money you can afford to
lose before you are in the market, not after you already lose it. |

我是国内会计学士，英国会计金融硕士。现在在加州，B2, 年内可以申请deriative E2
（因为LG拿E2的关系），不用H1B support.
不想再上学。目前正在networking. 工作还没一点眉目。感觉走校园招聘的路，特别没
有优势，毕竟不是在美国的书，但是在外面找，会计一般都要求有工作经验。感觉特难。
上周去了accountemp面试，他们建议我先做temp,再转perm。
不知道大家有什么建议？

发帖数: 1 | 16 今天去咨询一个美国律师了。她觉得不是USCIS的问题，而是我485填错了：
"Application Type"里，我选的是"1.b. Employment based"，她认为应该选
“1.g. additional option-〉other eligibility”
另外她说我的cover letter也写得不对。我在letter里把自己列为principal
applicant, 把老婆列为derivative applicant, 可律师说每个485申请都是一份独立的
申请，在这种情况下我老婆也是principal applicant（或者说根本没有principal/
derivative这种区分）。律师说只有走family-based的情况下，才有所谓的prin/deri
说法。
另外律师说如果这次case被拒，那么因为我老婆去年底毕业，失去了学生身份，所以除
非她赶紧先继续找个学校继续F1，否则的话，当拒信一出，她立刻变成了非法居留（从
她毕业那天算），那她永远无法再申请新的485了。律师说没有180天grace period这种
事情，除非是跟美国公民结婚。

我给大家百科一下。
日本是明确禁止卖春的，这个明确禁止的就是 本番。风俗业合法是因为店铺没有明确
提供的是本番服务。根据新风俗法，DK，Lip，NF，TN，AN，sumata，甚至明目张胆的
AF都不算卖春而被允许。（以上的这些缩写词都是专有词汇）
风俗业最合理的解释就是提供的是除本番外其他愉悦客人身心的“性的”服务，而本番
属于staff自己个人意志自由连带，不属于店铺管辖范围。所以像泡泡浴这种默认包含
本番的也在项目介绍中不明确提及。其他的health类，hoteheru和imekura都是会明确
没有本番，但实际上有些也是羊头狗肉。至于deri-heru从亚洲系，金发系到日本人系
很多都是有本番，但都会在一些说明体现禁止本番。
赌博嘛，讲讲扑克。
