according to state DOP site. hence the high end of salary range for level
six is the max salary for state IT employees. |

long turns?
do you want to be able to ski switch(backward)?

do you want to have 1 pair of skis that does it all or you will have
multiple skis for different condition? |

ready for lane 4 now. (I was in lane 2. Struggling!)
Make sure you arrive a bit early for practice tomorrow AM. Do some
stretching and work out the kinks in your back from all the shovelling!
Lanes 5 & 6 30 x 100 on 2:00 (1-5 desc., 6-20 hold fastest pace possible, 21
-28 pull or mixer, 29-30 warmdown.
Lane 4 - how about 25 x 100 on 2:20 interval with similar program as above
lane 3 - 24 x 100 on 2:30 interval
