There was 1 time I bought something that the condition was worse than the
descrption and the seller refused to deal with me. It was a pair of PMC Db1+
speaker, the condition was more like 6/10 but the seller claimed that it
was a brand new demo of 10/10. The seller is a dealer out in NJ. I tried to
deal with him but he refused to answer my calls... I bought the pair for $

历以后又追加了一封email，结果直接on-site了，第二个网投的，程序非常按部就班，投了申请一个月后先是recruiter电话，然后hiring manager电话，再接着team manager电话。两个都再等结果中，大家先祝福一下吧，我真的是花了好大的劲就是为了跟老公团聚，实在是希望能够拿到offer！！！
（应hazard建议追加一些个人信息，ME major，Top university）
以下是面经。
第二个公司的三轮电话面试：
1. company recruiter. 一半比较容易的behavior问题（为什么申请这间公司，了解这个公司的什么，career goal，工资要求），另外一半是technical的问题，但很明显是照着job descrption挑了几个关键词问的问题，我就尽量用通俗易懂的语言描述，他在另外一边疯狂记笔记，还让我说慢点。后来又问有没有别的公司interview啊，我说有，他又多追问了几句。这个很管用，第二天hiring manager就发信给我说要给我第二面。 |

order from local store, they may cheat you since you don't really know what
you are getting. They can show you nice sample and bring you something
different to install unless you ask them to write down the model number and

If the job descrition says the minimum requirement is Master's degree, then
it could be an EB2 not matter how many years of working experince needed.
Does anyone know do I still need to provide Employment Verification Letter
from previous employers if the job descrption also requires two or there

另外一个问题，刚看了老板写的job descrption. 职责总结了2-3行话，可是下面列的
具体职责总共花了快3页。打广告的时候只用几行吧？那么填在PERM申请表上的也要用
同样的几行吧？如果用3页打广告太夸张了。
从老板同意给办绿卡到今天，已经快5个月了。真急人啊。希望一切好起来。

如果你拿到的EVL不能match你的工作所需的Skill，就还要改。如果有些Skill不是学校
里学的，但学校／导师还是写在EVL上了，没提出异议，那也行了。 |

试你的刻意隐瞒你这个phd经历，尤其是面试小公司的马工，人家庙小请不起你这大神，
要按照phd的待遇给你，人家的job descrption就是找个本科学历甚至是associate学历
的人就行了。所以hr直接就把你简历扔出去了。大公司不清楚，小公司不仅没用而且是
negative。

，中低端的马工基本上都被硬度人给分了，所以老中，尤其是转行的老中很难，因为没
有工作经验。也没人拽一把。硬度人不一样，他们随意往简历里塞industry经验，你的
job descrption需要几年，他们就敢写几年，因为他们内部有人拉扯一把，背景调查也
有托儿。所以轻飘飘的就过去了。
就这么说吧，就是生物公司的里面的DS职位基本上都被硬度人分了，还不要说纯马工的
。比如孟山都，里面乌央乌央的全是烙印。
啥时候华人马工能像华人教会拉人去教会那样拉这些所谓的同胞去做马工那种热情。这
个行业才有希望。否则，早晚完蛋，不管你是科班还是转行的。 |
